Château de Siradan

I must admit, I'm conflicted writing this review. Because on the one hand, I want to keep this hidden gem all to myself. Hidden from the masses, so that it will be a special and rare part of my life forever. But on the other hand, I think everyone should experience something like Chateau de Siradan at least once in their lives.I had my wedding at this venue and to say I was pleased would be the greatest understatement on this planet. It was perfect. Never have I stayed somewhere that had so much character, class, and history in one gorgeous package. Everything from the grounds surrounding the chateau, to the smallest piece of historically preserved exposed wood was so inviting and so beautiful, I literally cannot list all the things I loved about the place.But more than the beauty and serenity of the physical Chateau, there lies an even more extraordinary component that you will not be able to find anywhere else, and that is the owners Andy and Katy. Together (along with their adorable son Alex and big pup Magnus), made every moment of our stay 10 times better. Their hospitality and knowledge of the area are invaluable!Do yourself a favor, seriously considering using this extraordinary venue for literally any event. You won't regret it. But be warned... You will not want to leave.

A beautiful chateau lovingly restored, retaining it's historic charm and character whilst providing modern facilities such as air conditioning, this is a true gem to visit. Our hosts Andy and Katie could not do enough for myself, my wife and our two year old son, making us feel more like family than guests.The location is truly unique. In a weekend break we were able to visit the mountains for snow, panoramic views and crepes, take in some history in a medieval village, then take a trip over the border into Spain for a tapas brunch, all under an hour's drive from the chateau.It was such an amazing experience, we are already planning our next visit for later in the year!

We held our wedding of 100 people at Chateau de Siradan. We wanted to share with any prospective weddings what a fantastic venue Siradan is. Many of our guests have told us it was the best wedding they have every been to.I would also like to thank and highly recommend Andy and Katie for their help throughout the process. Organising a wedding for 100 people is never easy but Andy and Katie made it as easy as possible and were always on hand to support with any queries and solutions.The photos of Siradan speak for themselves and the venue is stunning. The guests that stayed at the chateau were overjoyed with the quality of the rooms and the refurbishment is first class.Lastly, the area is superb and wedding party members loved going hiking in the area, swimming and visiting the local towns!

Château Siradan is a stunning venue.Lovely views, beautiful gardens and nice down to earth owners are just a fraction of what you get when you book Château Siradan!!

I’m not sure I can expand any further than the existing reviews about this magical place. My son and DIL held their wedding here last week, it was such a lovely setting and our hosts were simply, the best! Do yourselves a favour and go to see the place before you decide on anywhere else. I’m planning a return visit for a wedding anniversary might be my son’s, might be ours… who knows

Wow, what a Magnificent chateau. It has been beautifully refurbished by Katie and Andy, with all the modern luxuries, whilst retaining the original authentic character. You can stroll around the grounds or laze by the heated pool in the mountain sun. There is a beautifully elegant bar and dining room where you can enjoy home grown delights from the vegetable garden. Alternatively, you can bbq and dine out on the stone patio and spend the evening gazing at the stars in the unpolluted mountain air. It’s a great base to explore Pyrenees: both the French and Spanish sides or just to soak up local village life. Chateau de Siradan is well located for transfer to airports (Tarbes or Toulouse are both about an hour away)

We had our wedding here in May 2023 and had the best 3 days of our lives here!! I don't normally leave reviews, but i feel i have to on this occasion, as i just cannot recommend this place enough!Where to start....Andy and Katie are fantastic. From the day we met them when we viewed the chateau, all through our planning up until the big day they could not have done enough. They were so helpful, thoughtful, warm and kind. They also put in so much work in on our big day, without us even knowing they were there. We also planned this wedding within a very short space of time, and in a different country and they made it allsuper easy.The chateau itself is unbelievable, you think its stunning from looking at the pictures and when you go and see it it person its just blows you away. We viewed several chateaus in the south of France and this one was just on another level. Each room is so beautifully decorated, all of our guests that stayed could not believe it and were blown away!The grounds are immaculate and we spent alot of time outside enjoying the beautiful surroundings and sunshine.If you're looking to get married in the south of france... let me save you a lot of time and just visit this place - as you will not be disappointed.

Having just returned from Chateaux de Siradan I wanted to express my thanks to Katie and Andy for the kindness and hospitality they gave. They cannot do enough to make you feel welcome and the location and chateau itself is just beautiful, clean and luxury at its finest. The backdrop of the Pyrenees mountains whilst swimming in the pool or walking around the beautiful grounds makes it a perfect venue for a wedding and I loved every second I was there.I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting that special magical experience, thank you again.

I had a great time visiting the Château for a few nights. I stayed in one of the many large guest bedrooms and found that there was plenty to do and see within a short drive - including the picturesque spa town and skiing resort of Luchon.I would highly recommend the Château for either a short break to escape from city life or as a wedding venue.
