Laverie Revolution laundry

We had done our laundry on 09/13/2022. It was to be only one wash and we used the large washing machine drum (18kg). The machine accepted only card payment, so we paid with a Visa card. We noticed when we put the card in the bottom of the card reader that only a receipt was printed and the process seemed to stop. No text appeared on the main display at the payment station, nor could we start the washing machine. A second attempt also failed, so we paid contactless on a third try. This finally worked and the washing process started. We were concerned that the two attempts before that would also be debited from our account. A look at our account confirmed our suspicions, so we had to pay for a total of three wash cycles, even though we only ordered one. I would strongly advise the company to correct the error immediately, as one could get the impression that this is fraud. I do not think we will see our 20€ again.

Machine 8kg utilisée le 15 août 2023, la machine n'a ni lavé, ni essoré le linge.Après une réclamation et une demande de remboursement (5€) le jour même sur le site, je n'ai a ce jour aucune nouvelle du SAV.
