Flora is an exceptional guide! She worked with us to craft a wonderful experience for our group of six. She is super professional and has an incredibly impressive depth of knowledge. I would 100% recommend her and hope I have an opportunity to use her services again in the future!

Our Jewish Paris walking tour was a highlight of our trip. Leo was an expert at teaching us about the history of Jewish Paris. She filled the two hours with information and delicious stops along the way. She was lovely to be with. I highly recommend this tour to families and grown ups.

This was a highly informative and educational tour of La Marais, the Jewish quarter. Alix brought some personal aspects to the tour, since her great grandmother was taken while she was pregnant, but survived, thus allowing Alix to be born. We went to the Memorial to the Martyrs of the Deported, which is a very foreboding experience, particularly as you enter and go from the light into the dark. The Shoah Memorial is also moving, especially the walls of names of people who were taken, grouped by year. Inside, there is the children’s memorial, which has thousands of photos of children who were taken, some less than a year old. We were shown a hidden synagogue, which for some reason was not located by the Nazis, allowing Parisian Jews to worship. There are many other interesting sites and stories. We ended at a very popular area of eating establishments during lunchtime. We had a delicious meal. We highly recommend this tour.

Our Jewish walking tour was wonderful. Flora was very responsive in helping us set up our tour. Our tour guide, Livia, was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We really expanded our understanding of Jewish life in Paris.

I booked a scavenger hunt for kids (ages 7,8 and 10) with Flora Goldenberg and it was amazing. Despite Le Louvre being on strike the day our tour was scheduled, Flora bent over backwards to make sure that we got it on the day we booked. Another of her colleagues ended up giving the tour. She had a six-year-old daughter and was really amazing in terms of her knowledge, enthusiasm and ability to talk to kids. Flora communicated thoroughly throughout the booking process and met us exactly where we were told to be. The prizes for the kids at the end of the tour were copious and fun. Just a great experience overall. I highly recommend her.

Flora's walking tour is very informative and enjoyable. It is a small group, and Flora explains the history and context extremely well. We saw a lot and went at a comfortable pace. Highly recommended.

Our family absolutely loved this walking tour and we've subsequently recommended it highly to all of our family and friends back home in Australia. We gained so many insights into the rich history of Paris' Jewish community and the significant and changing role that community has played in the city's evolving and complex social and political environments. The tour was perfectly paced and Flora's engaging style and first hand knowledge of the subject matter, the diverse streetlife and local architecture, as well as the amazing range of wonderful local cafes, bakeries and restaurants was amazing. This half day walking tour was an absolute highlight of our trip to France.

Flora’s Tour of Paris and a deep dive into the Marais and the French Jewish experience was the highlight of our trip! We have been to Paris many times but this unique tour connected us with our heritage and history in such a meaningful and moving way! We had 3 generations of our Jewish and non Jewish families on the tour and everyone loved Flora! The experience was so compelling that our parents in their mid 80s and our teens alike were fully engaged and able to join for this 3 hour walking tour! I can’t wait to come back to join Flora for another tour!!
