Nessun aiuto da parte della Manager. Nessuna misura di sicurezza, Reception chiusa dalle 20.00 alle 8.00 nessuna sorveglianza, nessuna telecamera ed inoltre il nostro appartamento Era l:unico con la porta che si poteva aprire dall'esterno senza nessuna chiusura di sicurezza. Ho preso le fotografie di tutte le porte delle camere del residence. Abbiamo inoltrato alla struttura una richiesta di rimborso secondo gli articoli 1952 e 1953 del codice civile francese. Qualora non fosse accolta adiremo a vie legali.Abbiamo avuto anche vari disservizi tra cui la terrazza inutilizzabile perché non era stata pulita da precedenti nevicate e l'accesso alla SPA interdetto e limitato in certi orari, cosa che non era stata menzionata in fase di acquisto su bookingBooking stessa dopo aver riconosciuto tutte le problematiche ci ha riconosciuto uno sconto.Adesso aspettiamo il vostro rimborso o ci penseranno gli avvocatiDistinti saluti

So, Hotels.com and Le Diamant Des Neiges Terrésens - Hôtels & Résidences: who is taking the responsibility for us not getting the apartment we've booked and overpaying immensely for that tiny space???Travelling as 2 couples we booked a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.When we arrived a lady who works the reception guided us to our apartment while the property manager (Sergio) was there as well. The apartment we got was a lot smaller than we booked. The livingspace was small and we got a really tiny cabine with a bunkbed instead of fully sized and equiped bedroom. Not the apartment we booked! When we confronted the lady about this she said she couldnt do anything about it. Also she claimed not to have a phone so she was not able to contact Sergio. While having a discussion with her about the apartment she suddenly received a phone call by Sergio. This, after she claimed not having a phone. We spoke to Sergio and he claimed that this is the correct apartment and the apartment we described did not excist. He told us he could not be held responsible for what Hotels.com had advertised. He was clearly evading any form of responsibility and lying. After a lengthly discussion he promised us to check if any other bookings would change so he could offer us another apartment. After that he didnt call or visited us.Being a premium silver member we contacted Hotels.com about this. They offered us an unrealistic substitute apartment or a rediculous discount of 60 euro's. Unacceptable. To this day both parties haven't offered a fitting solution in any form.
