Pour 500$ on m'a donné 330€ !! Alors que le taux de change normal c'est de 430€. J'ai voulu récupérer mes dollars ils ont refusé. Ce sont des voleurs. En plus de ça ils chargent une commission à un montant hallucinant + un extra cachée.

!!SCAM! Do not change money from this shop they will give a very good rate and trick you into changing a lot with them at first, but after you have received your money and you count it, you will realise that it's about 10-15% lesser than that what they have told you earlier. When you question them, they will say it's their service tax and lots of excuses. If you demand to cancel the transaction and wanna get your money back, they will refuse to do so and looks annoyed. DO not change here if not you will be worse off than changing money at the airport!

I was ripped off! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I wish I read the reviews before coming in. Changed $200 USD and got back $126.96 Euro. They take extra fees and pocket a certain percentage! Be careful! Stay away!

Any exchange house in paris gives me 1600 euros for 2000 dollars today. They gave me 1200 and refused to revert the transaction.Bad rates and also charge you a fixed fee and a percentage fee. I feel robbed.

My brother got ripped off with this scam!! They exchange 100 dollars for 65 euros!! While the official rate is 87 .. This is steal be careful please with these people.They have lowest rating for a reason.Not sure why the police in Paris is not closing them. I highly recommend to report them for scam people. Robbery!!

Gros arnaqueur : Capable d'essayer de vous donner 30€ pour 500 couronnes suédoises au lieu de 50€ en vous disant que c'est la monnaie qui a chuté. Obligé de négocié 3 fois avant d'obtenir à peine 40€ pour 500 couronnes qui valent normalement 51.23€

This place is a scam. We gave them $200 USD and we were supposed to get back about 150 euros, but with all the hidden fees it came out to $126 USD. And he was so RUDE, absolutely no customer service skills. Told us to leave when we told him we wanted our money back, he said he would call the cops & get us arrested.A year later I am still upset about this situation because I have never experienced such horrible customer service and just felt robbed.
