We have been in contact with this agency since last November. We have booked two tours. When we requested a date change for both tours , they refused to do so. We requested full Refund for what we paid and so far we haven't received anything yet. Our lawyer is looking into this. They are a SCAM. Never replied to our messages and calls. We will keep you updated
