très bon accueil . Nous avons du attendre un peu plus pour la prise en main du véhicule, car nous avions affaire avec une personne qui prenait le poste pour la première fois. Nous avons été indulgents et cet événement nous à rappelé que nous aussi, nous avions à un certain moment de notre vie, du apprendre avec aussi des questionnements à tenir un nouveau poste. Merci à l'équipe en charge des locations véhicules

Parfait pour les carte passe carrefour

A very bad experience!!!!! Take care!!!!!!Eine Falle!!!I had to pay supplementary 130 Euro!!! I asked for a camionnette with hayon (electric elevator). The woman who gave me it has lied on me!!! That was an aweful experience. We had to bring the car at 9:00 (Carrefour open at 9:00h) and i called them to ask if i can bring the car at midday because we lost time. They lied for the second time and said someone need the car. On arriving there we find 2 other cars the same like i have standing. We arrived at 10:45 (you need to fill the essence of the car logiquement). For this one hour delay had to pay like a whole day!!!!! The directrice is someone who looked very stressed and not really client friendly. She recognised the mistake with the abscence of the Hayon and asked me about the name of the lady who gave me the Information. I showed her the signature of her and she said she does n’y know who is she, because there are alot of workers there :-) She offered me just 50 € as bon d’achat!!!!!! And took 130 €!!!!!! Such a shame for a company so Big and prestigious worldwide like Carrefour!
