Secret Garden Yoga Studio
I did Aerial yoga class my first time at Secret Garden studio and it was an amazing experience. The lectures are super nice and friendly, the studio has a beautiful atmosphere with a small fire place and the class was a simply wonderful way to release stress and find a calmness. Highly recommend!

Das Secret Garden Yoga Studio befindet sich im Herzen Basels und bietet eine tolle sowie entspannte Atmosphäre! Nadine baut in ihre Yoga Sessions Meditationen ein, was ich nach einem stressigen Arbeitstag total entspannend finde. Zudem geht sie auf die Teilnehmer:innen ein und unterstützt jeden, vom Anfänger zum Profi. Ich kann dieses Yoga Studio wärmstens weiterempfehlen! :-)

Das Secret Garden Yoga Studio in Basel ist eine wahre Entdeckung für mich! Die herzliche Atmosphäre und einfühlsamen Yogalehrer/innen schaffen eine Oase der Harmonie. Ob Anfänger oder Fortgeschrittener, hier fühlt man sich sofort willkommen und aufgehoben.Die Vielfalt der Kurse ermöglicht es, verschiedene Yoga-Stile auszuprobieren und persönlich zu wachsen. Die Stunden lehren Achtsamkeit und fördern eine tiefere Verbindung von Körper und Geist. Für mich ist es der perfekte Ort, um Stress abzubauen und neue Energie zu tanken. Absolut vom Herzen empfehlenswert! <3

I had my very first aerial yoga experience on Saturday! I absolutely loved it! I have no real yoga experience so wasn’t sure I’d be able to do it. But Nadine’s instructions were great and Jay’s attention to everyone on the floor made me feel very safe! I will definitely go back! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Such a beautiful little studio with a garden, what makes it truly magical. Tried Nadine's Slow flow and Lisa's Gentle flow & sound healing classes and both were great, suitable for beginners. Nadine's Slow flow can be though challenging your strength sometimes, which I find is the way for improvement. :) Both Nadine and Lisa are friendly and welcoming and Jeremiah is always there to assist and help in the classes or when we have questions. Very happy that I found this little 'hidden treasure' in the middle of the city.

Today I had the opportunity to attend another Aerial Yoga class at Secret Garden Yoga Studio.Nadine is an excellent teacher, and also a warm and lovely person. Both Nadine and Jeremiah create a welcoming and emotionally safe environment in which to try new things without fear of failing. The classes are energizing and fun!Thank you for creating such a wonderful place and I am looking forward to the next classes :)

Aerial Yoga with Nadine - such an amazing experience! The energy and the flow of the class was great and Nadine was providing very clear instructions, as well as taking care that the pose was correctly done. I feel super energized and I really enjoyed the class. 100% recommendable!
