Beautiful protestant temple built after WWI as an American Memorial to the 500 GIs who fell in the battles of the Marne valley around Château Thierry. Pews donated by US families have plaques with their names.

If church is open, it's a must-see. Stained glass triptych window of the American forces' arrival is main attraction. My gripe: the French get two-thirds of the window; Americans get right-side panel. Note display of delivered US armaments behind General Pershing. Was told soldier next to Pershing was Capt. George Patton (Pershing's personal aide). Chap in 18th century outfit is Lafayette.

Cret después de la primera guerra mundial.Inaugurada en 1924 como Iglesia Reformista de los Estados Unidos, fue donada en 2013 a la Iglesia Reformista Francesa ahora conocida como Iglesia Protestante Unida de Francia.
