I am so delighted with the quality of repair of my wrist watch and the the overall service.I emailed 6 online repair companies and called 8 local watch restorers and all of them said they wouldn't be able fix it.I called the Arian from the The Tick Tock Doc and we had a little chat about how personal watches were to the individual and he told me to send the watch in. He did say he made no promises but he would try and fix it.So a few days later, a phone call and a couple of emails. The watch arrived home and it's now ticking away on my wrist.I cant thank Arian enough, he saved a setintimental watch for me and saved a piece of horological history.Great communication, easy postal service and a really reasonable price.I will for sure be using The Tick Toc Doc again for all my other watches to be serviced and any repairs I need.

I have just ad three watches repaired by the Tick Tock Doc and the service has been absolutely wonderful. All three vintage watches now work perfectly and I can strongly recommend this operation to anyone.

My late husband's gold wristwatch was a goner - or so a couple of other specialist watch repairers thought. I took two watches to the Tick Tock Doc after having tried my two local Jewellers who both struggled to even get the backs off them, one even badly scratched the back on my lovely Harley Davidson watch which I bought in Las Vegas.... Working in the antiques trade, I regularly have watches which are in need of repair or servicing. Not only is Arian able to complete this work to a high standard, but his service is excellent and his prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend him!

The Tick Tock Doc repaired my 50 year old mechanical watch, serviced it, and replaced the glass which was scratched.Now it runs perfectly, keeps great time, and looks wonderful. I sent my vintage omega to Arian it needed a new stem and crown I also asked for a service and replacement glass. Arian told me that he might not be able to get an original Omega crown and stem as the watch was a 1956 Omega Seamaster. He spent a lot of his time contacting suppliers before he found the correct parts he could have made his job easier by just fitting generic parts. the watch was returned to me looking like new and costing the original price he quoted. Quotes from other repairers I had contacted were far higher . Brilliant service and workmanship cannot praise him highly enough. Communication was very easy as was the postal service, and his prices are very reasonable I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done on a Watch, I will definitely be using him again for any repairs and servicing.Derek Clare

First Class Work.I contacted Arian on the off chance that he would be able to help with a broken stem and service for my wife’s Rolex. He agreed to do the work and WOW!!! What a result!!
