National Car Rental

I came with a reservation and they made us wait and wait while serving French clients. The staff discriminated against me because I did not speak French. The manager literally showed me the key to the car and said “you must wait” and “I don’t speak English”. They laughed at me with the French clients. Ultimately I went to the company next door and had good service but for a premium price. I reached out to the National regional manager to inquire about resolution.

NCR provided a decent selection of vehicles, I was disappointed with the wait time during pick-up. The car’s interior could’ve been cleaner too. Overall, an okay experience but room for improvement.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I am executive elite and rent often. I used a free day at this location and paid for extra insurance. Should have been a total of $90. Location was closed so car was dropped after hours. They came up with a bogus mileage charge of $405. You can’t reach anyone and they refuse to respond. I have no recourse after 5 attempts to resolve. Super shady location.. stay away. National should revoke their franchise.
