There is a sales assistant, a young tall gentleman, who treats customers with so much arrogance that the mood for buying anything disappears in a second. It’s a shame that brand like Loro Piana ( to which we are loyal ) treats customers with such a low attitude and unkindness.

Le magasin refuse l’entrée, si vous n’êtes pas en pantalon de ville avec une chemise. Une honte en 2023, surtout que le magasin est situé sur la Croisette à 20 m de la plage. L’accueil est très mauvais.The store refuses entry, if you are not in dress pants with a shirt. A shame in 2023, especially since the store is located on the Croisette 20 m from the beach. Small shop with limited options. We were assisted by Marione who was absolutely a pleasure to work with. She made our experience a great one and helped us find what we’re looking for.If you’re going ask for Marione and she’ll make you experience a very smooth and lovely one!
