Fantastic place to stay. Would highly recommend it. Only stayed for one night but was very enjoyable.Had a slight mishap with the plug sockets as they weren't working to begin with but the receptionist soon resolved it after I reported it.Shared showers and bathrooms are very clean and look fantastic. Very spacious and they provide shower gel if you forget yours as well as body lotion for after your shower.Check out not until 12pm so that's good to let you have a lie in or go out but they also let you keep your bags in the locked room for baggage when you check out and want to wander around Basel until you leave.Highly recommended and enjoyable.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a woman dorm room. The staff was super friendly. They definitely want you to have a good time. They help with whatever you want. You can also use the kitchen and just eat your food in the lobby. They are super friendly. Would go back here again, because of the staff mostly. It's located near the trainstation, so that's amazing!

I stayed at a Hyve Capsule, and had mixed experience.The positives: great location, close to the train station but in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. You can access the airport in 30mn.Checkin/out is all automated and working super well.Breakfast is great, and staff super friendly.Rooms, toilets, showers are clean.The can-do better: the capsule concept didn’t work for me.Capsule size was ok, but contrary to what was mentioned in Booking, not soundproof AT ALL. You can hear your neighbour sneeze or move in its bed. Doors are super noisy, and it woke me up several times to hear people come in and out of the room.Temperature was way too high in the capsule, and there is almost no air flowing - It felt suffocating. Had to open the capsule door to get some air, which didn’t help the sound problem.I spent a pretty bad night there.Conclusion: don’t stay in the capsule, stay at the Hyve hotel which I thought looked really nice and cosy.

Für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt ist das Hyve perfekt. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Das Gemeinschaftsbad ist total in Ordnung. Ich denke, das liegt auch am Publikum, das aus sehr vernünftigen Reisenden zu bestehen scheint.Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Nice capsule hotel with super polite and friendly staff. My only complaint is that it was hot and humid in a capsule itself, you can't sleep with door closed.But other than that everything was perfect!

A terrible experience. I booked on Booking.com last minute (23.20), payed but wasn't allowed in my room because they couldn't confirm my payment in the hostel. Which meant I had to sleep at the train station on a bench, and the money has been taking of my account.

Super nice hostel! Awesome location. 5 min walk from main train station. They had a well equipped and spacious kitchen. I had a studio apartment with only 35 per night. Definitely better than usual cheap hotel. The people in the reception was nice and helpful. Clean room, clean toilet. Can not ask more!

Für kurze Aufenthalte (alleine) mit einem geringen Budget geeignet. Eigenes Check-in und Check-out geht sehr schnell und ist auch sehr späht einwandfrei möglich. Einzige Mängel sind, dass es schneller sehr warm und stickig in der Kapsel kann werden (Sommerbesuch) und die etlichen Bestätigungsmails, welche alle die gleichen angaben beinhalten.

Close to the railway station and some restaurants and bio/veggie lunch places. They have their own co-working space.In short you can consider it luxury hipster dorms with private sleeping.Checkin and the rooms are all automatic. 247. Easy.The capsules are large enough and cosy.The products in the shower are good, they aren't supermarket brands but decent.The noise is very low: two people joined my room and i couldn't hear anything other as the door sliding closed. During the breakfast I saw couples with children. I never heard anything and almost had the idea i was alone in the hotel.The only things that can be improved:* There is a white noise playing in the capsule. It's soothing but after a while it was noticable. And wanted to turn it off.* The temperature in the rooms is fine and there is an airco, yet with the capsule closed i found it soon to feel short of air (outside air was 30 Celcius) Opening the door a centimeter to draw in fresh air improved the comfort by a lot. I noticed in the morning that the person on top of me has done the same.* It seemed a bit awkward to turn on the light in the room to not disturb others. Or fiddle with airco or stand brushing in the room or put your alarm. Perhaps a way to communicate with the guests (chatgroup per room?) Could break the ice if desired to have a way of communication

Easy digital check-in and check-out. Perfect location very close to Basel SBB. The capsule was larger than other capsule I have tried. It's also relatively clean.However, there was not enough airflow inside the locked capsule and it could get hot and stuffy fast.They also sent a lot of emails from the time of booking until check out, but it perfectly explained what to expect from the accomodation.Don't use back door to reception for a very early check out. It's locked and there's no signage.

I give my opinion for the capsule rooms. More than expected, super comfy, big space and no claustrophobic. All the building, including the bathrooms, toilets and rooms are super super clean. The check in is very easy. Modern place, with a lot of activities, kitchen available, laundry... 100% good.2 minutes walking from the station, good restaurants around. I can't say nothinn wrong because it's excellent place. I will come back for sure.

Très bien accueilli par une dame très aimable et serviable, le personnel était très gentil, une très bonne ambiance et un lieu rare où des gens de tous les horizons partagent leurs expériences offrant une bouffée d'énergie rare !La capsule était propre et très jolie, les services sont bons (salle de sport, bibliothèque) et le prix peu élevé surtout en comparaison avec le coût de la vie à Bale (seulement 35€ la nuit) j'y reviendrai rapidement et je recommande fortement ce lieu qui restera dans ma mémoire pour très longtemps !
