We booked the luggage storage at this location through Nanny Bag website which they put the opening hour is at 9am. It took us 30 min to drag our heavy luggages from Colmar station to this location and found out they didn’t open until 10am. Now it passed 9am, they are not open, and we can’t get refund due to “pass drop off hour”Updated:After contacting customer service, we got the refund. They responsed to my request quickly. Problem solved. It’s just inconvenient and waste of our time for traveling all the way from Colmar station to this location

Fantastic bikes but limited information on the routes in the area. Sizing of bikes was wrong. Had a great day riding to the castles and wine route.
