Hermès Aix en Provence

They are so nice and friendly here. Yes, you have to be patient. At first I thought they were ignoring me, but they’re just trying to give everyone their time. They keep track of who comes in when and proactively come find you when someone is available. Super sweet and gave me shopping tips even though they were basically cleaned out of everything I was shopping for haha.

First, It was nice to be able to get right in without waiting, unlike in any other store. The inside of the store is clean, stylish and cozy. and The Jim Carrey-like staff, Mr Tanguy who greeted us were really, really nice and friendly. He accurately and quickly brought us the items we were looking for and provided the best service until the end of the shopping. the experience with him and Hermes added good memories for our travel for sure. It was also a small touch to keep our iced Americano cool in a refrigerator, which we left at the outdoor when we entered.

Came to AIX by chance and met Lily from the Hermes store. The shop was well maintained, but we were blown away by the service standards and care by lily and her team. We ended up buying only what looked good and wasn't pushed for sales unlike some other stores. I will definitely come back again. Thank you lily and team truly the gold standard for Hermes.

The best Hermes Store in the world I have been to… I traveled to many cities and countries and this store is the best of the best! Even though the store is small but the staff members are great!!! When you enter the store, you feel that you are really welcomed here. They treat you as precious customers and friends. No matter you just buy a tie or a pair of slippers or you are asking for a bag, they are always very gentle and sincere. I visited the store three times and each time, I had different sales associates helping me. They are all great! Knowledgeable with their products, quick to find inventories and willing to go above and beyond to secure products for me. I met Zine and Lily most recently. They worked together with me to help me pick up clothing for for fall and winter. Lily is so good with her eyes to pick out the right items for me with the right color and right fit. I had so much fun shopping in the store. They never try to intimidate a client or make you feel that you don’t deserve their honesty. They made me feel that I am cherished and respected here and they want to help me dress better and feel better. Top level customer service shown in this top brand. So happy to work with the team! I think each store has their uniqueness and their culture with their clientele and with different leadership. I believe that their store manager Caroline is a great leader. The team is working very well with one another in this super friendly environment.

The visit in Hermès boutique in Aix was always so pleasant by having Tanguy around with his smile to greet naturally even he was not the one serving. It feels like coming back home.

Quand Hermès vous accueille par un vigile de grande surface ou de portier de discothèque. … L’expérience client commence dès le premier contact, je n’ai pas eu le temps de faire deux pas dans la boutique pour qu’un Monsieur en costume noir me dise de sortir et d’attendre devant la porte. Lorsqu’on revendique son appartenance à la famille du luxe, il convient d’en avoir également le service. ☹️ un simple bonjour Monsieur et s’il vous plaît, et vous obtenez tout.

Problème suite à une commande passée le 5/09 en ligne pour une livraison supposée le 8/09 au magasin d’Aix-en-Provence.Aujourd’hui, nous sommes le 18/09 le colis n’est toujours pas livré. Il n’y pas de remboursement possible non plus.Après mon premier appel en date du 8/09, une aide devait m’être apportée dans les meilleures délais, cela fait 10 jours que j’attends un retour du fameux Terrence qui « s’occupe de mon dossier ».Hermès ce n’est plus ce que c’était…

Best Hermes store I’ve visited! No queue and everyone was super welcoming. The Sales Associate Mr Tanguy was super nice, his service was impeccable and accommodating to our request! I got what i was looking for :)

5* to Lillie for her service, a small shop with a personalised experience. Though she restricted me from trying and very limited to zero stocks for leather goods, I am happy with the service. Thank you, hope I can be back one day.
