Extremely rude and not professional. The car had engine related issue hence it was not safe to continue driving however they refused to give me a replacement car and they refused to support in locating nearest Avis location with available cars.

Organised scam. Rented a car from the Swiss side of EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg. Pre-paid £130 for 5 days rental but was then charged £450 upon returning the car for additional insurance extras that I did not ask for, was not made aware of and did not sign for. I am still trying to get this money back. Please be aware before booking.
