Passez votre chemin! Vous trouverez d'autres cavistes beaucoup plus accueillants dans le quartier.. le vendeur qui s'est occupé de nous est quelqu'un d'arrogant et prétentieux, donnant l'impression de tout connaitre mais pourtant avare de conseils et très expéditif. (Vendeur petit et rond avec une calvitie). Quel dommage car cette cave propose de très belles références de vins et whiskies, mais nous n'y reviendrons pas.

Superbe sélection de vins et spiritueux. Déception sur un champagne que j'ai acheté pour le jour de l'an et qui était un peu vert....Par contre, j'ai acheté un Panettone pour les fêtes qui était le meilleur que j'ai jamais mangé !Certains du staff sont un peu froid.

Je ne suis pas prête d’y remettre les pieds compte tenu de la façon dont j’ai été traitée par téléphone. Madame, soyez un peu plus aimable et un peu moins hautaine avec vos clients si vous souhaitez les garder.

I purchased a tester selection of 4 wines from this establishment, amounting to around €100. Of these, which ranged from €15-30/bottle, only 1 was of a quality that I would consider 'drinkable'.In general, it looks the part, but every wine here is cast as 'spectacular', regardless of whether it's a bad year, too old and has lost its character, or has been reduced to vinegar. Also don't miss their cellar basket: the perfect fodder for a red wine reduction.The service is friendly enough, but don't take any recommendations here. Just look for yourself and see if you can find a diamond in the veritable sea of rough.

Very snobby staff! We asked for a particular bottle and they did not have it. So we asked for a recommendation. We were sold a rancid bottle for 20 euros. We also bought 2 10 euro bottles from a local convenience store for 10 euros each and was very good. Would not recommend this place if you value your money.

Hi, I a traveller and bought 3 bottles of premium wine from the shop today. I want to be contacted by the shop and get the issue solved.The tax refund document provided by the shop was rejected by the Charles-de gaulle airport detaxe desk, due to insufficient description. It said vin" but it needs to have the name and colour of the wine. They asked me to contact the shop and get the money. This is non-sense. I tried to contact the shop but no one answered.I want to be contacted and get this resolved.For the help of the wine

This shop was a block from my hotel. I stumbled in knowing no French, and almost as little about French wine. The first bottle I asked for you can get most stores in France. Worker politely directed me to a different bottle, another decent wine, and a budget wine to drink in the hotel. The budget was perfect. Like and slightly sparkling on my tongue, perfect for drinking multiple glasses on a summer evening. We talked about wines were I am from (Finger Lakes Region) and I thanked him and left. Great experience. Would recommend if you are willing to let them do the driving.

Même si leur cave à vin est très riche et fournie, les vendeurs sont tellement désagréables que l'on ne souhaite pas s'attarder.De même, lorsque nous demandons des renseignements au téléphone, on nous envoie presque balader et un au revoir" semble arracher la bouche de la personne au bout du fil. Great selection of natural and organic wine. Don't touch the bottles, for some reason only the staff can do that. If you follow french rules of etiquette you will get great service and they have wine at all prices.
