Whenever I head to Chamonix the first thing I do after booking my flights is book myself a massage with Ruth. She is amazing. She really tunes into what your body needs and makes such a difference to my recovery after playing in the outdoors. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Just wish she was based in England!

My husband and I were looking for a massage after a tiring ski day. Ruth was a fantastic and knowledgeable masseuse... it was a very comfortable time both with her techniques and her communication. I highly recommend it to anyone who is in Chamonix! So impressive!!!

I've participated in numerous ultra-marathons, including the TDS (119km) and CCC (101km) of the UTMB, and Ruth's work has been an essential part of both training and recovery. Her service and skills are exceptional, and she's always accommodating of my hectic work and training schedule. For any athlete (or even anyone who sits at a desk all day long), I highly recommend Ruth.

Hands down the best massage I ever had in my life. And this comes from for a thai person living in Bangkok who have a massage once a week. Ruth worked her magic and got my tight muscle after a long flight ready for my UTMB CCC race. The only regret I had is I didn’t get a chance to have Ruth worked her magic again after the race as we had to leave the day after the race. Ruth came to our chalet prepared with all equipments including towels and massage oil (organic coconut or CBD oil) so it is super convenient.

The most extraordinary massage I've ever had. Weeks of tension in my neck and shoulders vanished in an hour and my posture was opened up - I came away feeling taller, literally and figuratively too! Can't recommend Ruth enough - she'd been recommended to me by friends and I wasn't disappointed. Can't wait for my next visit with her.
