Notre anniversaire de mariage a été une réussite ! Superbement organisée par Rachel, cette grande fête a été l'occasion de retrouvailles en famille et entre amis avec des mets et des crus choisis et sélectionnés par Rachel. Tous les éléments étaient réunis pour faire de cette journée un moment inoubliable ! A recommander !

Nous avons été très déçu par la prestation de Rachel en tant que coordinatrice jour J pour notre mariage. Erreur dans le placement des noms sur les tables qui m'a été malheureusement notifié après qu'elle soit partie, manque d'organisation pour les photos de groupe (mon témoin a du intervenir) et j'ai du aller la chercher à table à l'heure des discours. Elle refuse aussi toute manutention même si c'est pour aider à installer les chaises de l'espace cérémonie car elle fait déjà 1500 pas dans une soirée d'après un de ses emails donc c'est très fatiguant. Il est certain qu'après ce genre de réflexion il est difficile de vouloir travailler ensemble. Certaines personnes m'ont signalé son manque d'organisation mais je n'avais pas le temps de tout gérer malheureusement. Nous avons quand même passé une très bonne journée et avons fait abstraction de ces problèmes. Ses prix sont raisonnables mais on a compris pourquoi.

Rachel doesn't plan weddings, she makes dreams come true! She's the best listener, connector, advisor, innovator and coach that I could have had and she created the day of our dreams. My smile on the next photo shows how happy I was with every single part of it. Nothing is too much trouble, she quickly learns who you are and what you want and is incredibly good at then tailoring every aspect of her service to you. She's calm, warm and open to change. One in a million and we can't thank her enough!

We throughly recommend Rachel Sword to any couple planning their wedding or event- but ESPECIALLY if you are like me and find yourself planning a wedding in France with only basic language skills!My husband is French, but through Rachel, I was able to help with some of the details too, which I really appreciated! We ended up using Rachel as a Day-of coordinator as our venue provided so much already- and I honestly do not know what we would have done the day of without her!!!It was such a relief to know that I could just enjoy my day and getting ready time because Rachel was coordinating with all the vendors. Every possible expectation we had for our wedding weekend was completely exceeded and we could not have imagined everything looking more beautiful or going more perfectly. Our vision was completely listened to and understood (over multiple e-mails and calls from the UK!) and when it came to the weekend were executed amazingly. We were able to enjoy all the weekend’s events 100% of the time without having to worry about a thing. Thank you so much Rachel.

Nous avons fait confiance à Rachel pour organiser notre mariage, comme nous n’habitions pas dans la région du lieu du mariage. Elle a su nous conseiller un endroit parfait car nous voulions un repas gastronomique et des vins de qualité. Nous désirions un endroit typique de la région avec des colombages et un beau parc pour faire les photos et nos vœux ont été réalisés. Rachel nous a également conseillés pour marier la décoration avec l’endroit et aussi pour le choix des fleurs. Elle s’est occupée des invitations et des menus car nous souhaitions qu’ils reflètent notre thème. Elle a supervisé le déroulement de la journée et tout s’est merveilleusement bien passé. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir fait appel à Rachel et nous lui disons un grand merci pour cette journée parfaite !

I was planning my wedding in Provence but from the UK and I needed to find someone to help plan the day who I knew I could trust and have full confidence in. After 1 call with Rachel I felt so at ease and knew she was who I wanted to partner with. Rachel spent time understanding what we wanted from the day and found some incredible suppliers who helped deliver the most magical day. Rachel is thoughtful, supportive, and very creative so brought lots of ideas to the table that we wouldn't have thought of. She helped manage all the suppliers and help translate the contracts which was extremely helpful as we don't speak french. Rachel was very organised and made the whole planning process feel easy. On the day Rachel made sure everything went smoothly, and honestly we just had the best, stress free, day. I couldn't have done it without her and I would absolutely recommend working with her. It became feeling like working with a friend who genuinely cared you had the best day, what more could you want!

Rachel was a great help on the day of our wedding as our on the day co-ordinator. She was especially important given she speaks both English and French and we had a mix of vendors.She and her team managed things behind the scenes so I didn't have to think about a running order or timings. She was the one person that came to me whenever anything was required.Thank you Rachel!

Rachel is such a wonderful person! She was always positive and full of ideas. She really helped to bring my vision to life and enabled us to have a completely stress-free day. We couldn't have done it without her! We would wholeheartedly recommend Rachel to any couples looking to get married in Provence. You won't regret it.
