This is a Trap!!! Rent elsewhere or ruin your trip!!! Absurd claims and bad faith from this agency are unbelievable!!! Europcar in Paris Airport was careless when delivering the car but very meticulous when receiving it: as result, they claimed damages from tiny wheel scratches that were already in the car like many other small details, but nothing was in the initial damage report. When I returned the car - surprise! The inspector said he wouldn’t mark the other details as if he was being nice to me - in fact he just confirmed the fraudulent practices from this agency, leaving the other details as trap for the next customers! I reported instantly to customer support but nothing was done - except the abusive charges on my credit card!Rented tens of times with SIXT and never seen something like this before, EUROPCAR Never again!SCAMMERS!

Enorme ecart d’efficacité entre Europcar et les autres agences ici à CDG. Europcar, questionnez vos process! Attente de plus de 50 min. Au moins 15min pour processer un client contre 5 pour les autres agences.

Very bad experience ! We felt trapped !!!We rented a car and fully paid the booking 5 months before our trip to Paris.On the D day, we were running late (2 hours).We tried to call the agency to let them know that we were late, but no one answered.Upon arrival the agent told us that our vehicle was not available anymore (since we were late) and that unfortunately : they did not have any other vehicle for us.We were stressed and we could not understand why our vehicle was not available since it was fully booked/paid. Again, we were only late 1h50 minutes.Suddenly, after typing (or faking typing) on his computer, the agent told us that we were VERY lucky since he was successful to find a vehicle for us. However, it was going to be more expensive since the vehicle was from a different category and it was considered an upgrade".We did not have any other choice but to accept the new conditions since we needed a vehicle.While we were signing the contract

I spent 2 hours waiting on a car that we did not want… I reserved a Q2 Audi… when that car was not available I was asked to take a Tesla. When I mentioned I was going to Normandy , they showed me a small beat up BMW. We declined it because of the excessive wear n tear… so they only had a Tesla we felt compelled to take as we had already wasted 2 hours waiting on a suitable car ( after an 11 hour flight )… the attendant gave us 70 dollars off but we had a hard time finding and using charging stations for the short range of the Tesla… very unhappy with situation… I added pics of the car that was too small and damaged… we ended up using the Tesla because this car was too small … without bags

Pourquoi vous supprimez les avis avec les plaintes des clients? Vous n’assumez pas que vous êtes des arnaqueurs? 2 expériences 2 déceptions, la première fois on me file une voiture dite irréprochable en pleine nuit, et quand je rends le véhicule je l’aurai gratté et abîmé les jantes. La deuxième fois, le véhicule a été validé au retour mais on me prélève 30% après mon départ. Et ne pensez pas supprimer celui ci, vous allez vous empirer la situation et je l’afficherai partout.

Would completely avoid! I hire multiple cars out a year from different countries and different hire car company’s and never had a problem until now. They don’t care when they give you a car with a broken seat belt which i then had to do multiple trips each time we went out.. wasting my time and petrol. I should have been compensated for this but no i didn’t even get an apologise about it but just a “yes yes” shutting me up. They don’t care about the fact my son was in a bad way and i had to rush the car back to them not completely filled up and then charge me well over the odds and lie on the receipt … the cost for petrol was well over any petrol station around the airport or even Disneyland (which is known for being dear) and then charge me an additional amount even when we had explained it was an emergency and they agreed with my partner they’d not do this due to the circumstances.. complete lies. They also gave me a car that doesn’t have a full tank of petrol and even when you show proof on a picture that a quarter is missing and the time you took the picture (straight after picking up) they again tell you to your face you won’t be charged for the full amount but go ahead and charge you for that too. They gave me a very dirty inside and out, broken car that wasn’t what I had ordered. I am in shock that they would even allow the car to leave them with a seatbelt like that but it shows they rather don’t care or don’t check their cars properly. I honestly would try somewhere else 100%.

J’ai loué une voiture en août je l’ai rendu dans l’état que je l’avais eu. Et au mois d’octobre je reçoit une facture comme une franchise de 600€ sera prélevé. Cet somme a été prélevé le les ai appelé avant qu’il prélevé la somme pour leur indiquer le problème mon dossier est passé en vérification scellé et dommage ou l’on doit avoir une réponse par mail au bout des 10 jours. Et à ce jour pas de nouvelle du dossier et je n’ai toujours pas revu les 600€ sur mon compte

Mon expérience au sein de cette agence Europcar est de loin la meilleure que j'ai pu avoir depuis de longues années.J'ai été plus que bien accueilli, Mariam et Jordan se sont occupés de ma réservation et je n'aurais pas pu être plus satisfait avant de quitter CDG.Un véhicule au top et au retour, 2 jeunes, passionnés de voitures, ont parfaitement géré la restitution.Honnêtement, merci à l'équipe d'avoir été si bienveillante, attentive et professionnelle. Ça m'a donné envie de revenir plus souvent. Et d'ailleurs j'y retournerai dès que j'en aurais besoin !Merci Europcar, merci à l'équipe !

je n'ai pas l'habitude de laisser des commentaires, mais tres bon accueil professionnel, serviable et efficacité du personnel et en particulier la personne qui s'est occupé de moi ( celui qui ressemble a Cédric Doumbe). J'ai été reçu par lui l'été dernier et c'était au top. merci

A fuir, servir client inexistant, l’hôtesse d’accueil a été plus que limite, Sylvie pour ne pas la nommer. Ils se fichent ouvertement des clients. Première et dernière expérience. Merci pour cette belle image que vous donnez aux touristes étrangers!

inadmissible ! nous avons reservé en ligne une voiture noté notre numero de vol . l'avion a eu du retard 30 min nous sommes arrivé à 23h15 au lieu de 22h30 personne n'etait la preuve à l'appui photo. alors que tous les loueurs de voiture étaient présent . il faut pas travaillé dans un aéroport si vous souhaitez pas rester un peu plus longtemps . le contrat de location dit bien que vous deviez attendre 1h . De plus votre réputation sur l'aéroport vous précède en effet après discussion auprès de vos confrères vous êtes reconnu pour pas faire attention aux vols et nous sommes pas les premiers. en résumé a quoi sert que nous mettions notre vol si vous vous en foutez ? vous pensez qu'on loue une voiture pour notre plaisir . sachez qu'il nous faut encore 1h30 pour arriver à notre destination et que nous montions pour un évènement familial urgente . donc pas une partie de plaisir . sur cela j'ai fait le nécessaire auprès de votre service j'espère que vous allez nous rembourser car sinon je vous assure que cela ne va pas en rester la .je me fache pas souvent mais la .. vous etes tomber sur un os

ATTENTION !!! arnaque ! Les conditions d’utilisation ne font ps figurer toutes les informations quand vous commander depuis une plateforme de réservation. C’est pourtant bien les conditions d’utilisation D’europcar. Surprise le jour de récupérer le véhicule : 200 euros de frais de jeune conducteur qui ne figurait pourtant nulle part.SAV insultant qui ne prend pas responsabilité de ce vice

Un Paiement m'a été débité aujourd'hui par POS alors que je ne suis même pas en France!Je voudrais être remboursée ASAP de cette somme de 225.82€ indûment perçue!Merci de me répondre le plus rapidement possible

Wow. Serious fraudulent concerns with this company. Hertz was out of cars but Europcar had several. My checkin was seamless but I did have to wait in line for a little bit. We didn’t get the car we ordered and “reserved” hence this being a reservation. That should’ve been my first clue to issues. When picking it up, the car had a lot of damage to it, I took pictures of everything so I wasn’t too concerned when dropping it off since I had it all documented. Checking back in was easy, I signed their form saying it had no “new” damage, they didn’t ask anything. I leave France and that same week I have three charges from Europcar on my credit card for over $600. I called fraud department and disputed the charges like I’m sure all Europcar clients have to do and now I’m waiting on a new card. Inconvenience for me and I’ll never use this company again. Renter beware.

I booked an economy car through CarTrawler, but at the counter, Europcar staff misled me into upgrading my car for the same price. I didn't realize they had charged me the full price of the upgraded car until I returned it, resulting in almost double the rental fee.Additionally, when I returned the car just 50 minutes late, they charged me for an entire extra day in spite of the fact that I received the car later as well. This kind of blatant overcharging and dishonesty is unacceptable.Europcar, your lack of quality control for your staff and cheating attitudes is tarnishing your brand name. I urge everyone to thoroughly inspect rental contract before signing anything with them. Don't fall victim to their misleading tactics!I WILL SHARE this feedback across various platforms to alert as many people as possible!
