Why are you so bad! @SNCF ruined my entire trip in Paris. First got fined €60 for an already paid ride from the airport to the city and then an infinite delay from Paris to Lille for 2 hours and still counting, with no electricity or air, we cannot breath!

Horrible customer service helpline. Improper response and rude behaviour by staff over the phone. No proper site maintenance, site has errors all the time!! MAXjeune helpline does not provide correct solutions, instead they cut the call abruptly. A nasty experience.

Ouigo C'est un peu comme une pomme empoisonnée....On est attiré mais vite déçu .D'abord le prix:le prix est attractif quand on compare au même voyage avec un TGV normal"
