I was looking for a hotel with twin beds and I found this hotel.on the website it shows that the kids under 12 can stay with parents I sent a message before our arrival that we are 2 adult and 2 kids to make sure that we are getting a good room but when we arrived they said you can’t fit on the room you booked through Expedia and you will be charged extra Euro 900 for your stay!!!The room they gave us was a queen bed and a sofa bed,The sofa bed had BED BUGS.My son was bitten by the bed bugs!!!The shower door was broken and the whole bathroom was soaked in water every time we took shower!The staff are super rude and impolite!They ruined my trip to Paris and and I just had the worst experience!No one expects this from a 5star luxury hotel!!!!

Beautiful hotel!! Loved coming home to this clean, charming, welcoming paradise each day.I definitely recommend the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Eric and Said are wonderful and we really enjoyed chatting with them every morning. Delicious omelette.The concierge and staff were extremely helpful in answering questions, making recommendations and calling in reservations for us. They were always available and happy to help.

Fabulous boutique hotel experience with very large 2-room junior suite, high ceilings and recently redone bathroom with roomy marble shower. Bar and breakfast room superbly tasteful and immaculate. Staff super friendly and accommodating—all fluent in English. Bottom line, a little gem of a hotel!!!

Splendide hôtel à 2 pas des Champs-Elysées, au calme. Accueil soigné.Les chambres sont grandes avec de magnifiques salle de bain (quel bonheur le bain !)... avec vue.Restaurant et bar dans l'établissement. Dîner de grande qualité et petit déjeuner luxueux.Idéal pour un moment de détente !

This is the worst hotel I've ever lived in! These people are so stupid that they cannot set the temperature in the room to normal!!! I got sick! I have a runny nose! Because this hotel decided to make the room 18 degrees!After we explained the situation to them for an hour, they raised the temperature to 20 degrees! It's really warmer outside! They didn’t even apologize, didn’t offer to move us to a room with a working air conditioner, or at least some kind of compliment. Terrible hotel!!!I do not recommend anyone to live in this hotel

Vous cherchez un hôtel 5* au calme mais au centre de Paris, n’hésitez pas une seule seconde. Cet hôtel offre le meilleur: un magnifique décor, des chambres spacieuses et décorées d’un goût exquis et le plus important, un personnel d’une gentillesse incroyable et à votre écoute. Leur restaurant est juste magnifique et la nourriture du petit déjeuner en passant par les plats sont d’une finesse et d’un goût exquis. Le summum est la présence de Mr Saïd au restaurant qui avec son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son sourire nous incite à revenir dans cet établissement lors de chacun de nos séjours à Paris. Essayez le restaurant, même si vous ne séjournez pas à l’hôtel. Vous seriez surpris. Merci à tout le personnel et à très bientôt ♥️

What a wonderful hotel. I believe our room was recently renovated - it was so beautiful! The mattress was comfortable and pillows and linens were nice. Though we did not have a top sheet (none of our hotels in France did, as I have noticed in other countries as well, so maybe this depends on the country), I was able to call the front desk and have one delivered to the room within minutes.The hotel is in an upscale, quiet, and seemingly safe area. It is also conveniently located to most of the standard sights. Though it is a quiet area, it is still a city, and some street noise is expected. Nothing that my sound machine couldn't drown out.Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff is very friendly and attentive.I loved this hotel experience, and would absolutely stay here again in the future.

J'ai mis une étoile parce qu'on ne peut pas en mettre 0. Restaurant incapable de préparer un repas végétarien pour la Saint Valentin... Concierge qui ne met aucune forme pour annuler ma réservation.Ça aurait été pour moi une première mais une chose est sur, je n'y mettrais jamais les pieds et vu l'accueil juste au téléphone, je vous le déconseille également vivement.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the San Regis to kick off our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and beyond accommodating! Some of the best if not the best staff / service I’ve ever experienced. The location is excellent, the rooms and beds are very comfortable and the hotel is luxurious while also charming. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Paris!

La semaine dernière nous avons passés trois jours a l'hôtel San Régis, mon fiancé et moi, ce fut magique!Un accueil aux petits soins par l'équipe de la réception, suivit d'une visite de l'hôtel accompagné de son histoire (très agréable de connaitre l'histoire de l'hôtel dans lequel on séjourne, c'est la première fois que cela m'arrive).La chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné était incroyable, la décoration: splendide et j'ai adoré le tissu, au motif floral, derrière le lit!Cerise sur le gâteau; le déjeuner dans leur restaurant Les Confidences. Service friendly mais pas trop, cuisine excellente et cadre parfait pour un déjeuner en tête à tête avec son chéri.

We had such a wonderful stay at San regis in Paris. Marie-Catherine in particular was so helpful in showing us around and helping us make arrangements. The hotel is a gorgeous mix of historic building with modern amenities, and the most comfortable bed we had all trip! They really did a great job in making our honeymoon special, with personal touches and extremely responsive service. We can’t wait to come back! As Americans, we were a bit nervous about European hotels, but this was perfect! There was a large, very comfy king sized bed, air conditioning that worked well during the heatwave (85 degrees F) and US outlets so we didn’t even need all of our converters! They made our stay so comfortable!

Wow!! What can I say about this amazing stay and hotel? It's nested in the 8th Arr, literally steps away from the shops, restaurants and attractions! The Eiffel tower can be viewed from some of the rooms or just a short walk to the bridge.The property itself is absolutely breathtaking and truly feels like home, we didn't want to leave.The staff from Rapheal, the Front Desk Agents, the bartenders and hostess service and accomedations were amazing! They went over and beyond before I even arrived and from the moment we stepped out our Uber, we were spoiled and taken care of!We were celebrating my two cousins 40th Birthday and not only did they leave a handwritten note on their hotel stationary, we were greeted with macaroons and pastries upon arrival.I cannot recommend this hotel enough! It will be hard for many hotels to top my experience here! I will absolutely be returning to Hotel San Regis! Thank you for making my trip that much more memorable!

Not great. Room decent and food very good but a few issues- shower over bath sprayed all over bathroom- breakfast the waiter claimed my bread was ‘low gluten’ (I am gluten intolerant) before a colleague replaced it with gluten free bread- concierge offered to book me a taxi but didn’t tell me there were none available despite me standing there waitingMaybe I’m too picky
