Look NO further!!! This place is truly an amazing place to stay when visiting Paris. The amenities are fabulous and so helpful for any traveler. Water and drinks, ICE (which is hard to find), nice coffee and espresso, and snacks are ALWAYS out. The best part.. complimentary open bar at night!! The staff is fabulous and so sweet. The breakfast is better than any cafe around and the location is PERFECT for getting around all of Paris. It really was a treat and I stayed in lots of hotels all over Paris. This one beats them all.

They truly treat you like it is your home away from home. I stayed 8 nights and I felt like I had everything I needed. The rooms, while on the smaller side (typical) were super clean, comfortable, well-stocked and the front desk was absolutely superb in making me feel good. I was in France for 3 weeks, so they let me store my large bag there for 5 days while I was in the south BEFORE I even checked in. I also ordered Uber Eats a couple of times and they delivered it to me on platters!

J'ai eu l'occasion de venir plusieurs fois dans ce bel hôtel pour prendre un verre ou pour le petit déjeuner, tout est parfait. Personnel aux petits soins. Coup de cœur pr l'espace salon devant la cheminee, où j'aime lire et/où travailler.

Nous avons réservé une chambre à 511.- Euro, Deluxe club, nous arrivons à 23.30 et nous nous retrouvons dans une toute petite chambre au 2ieme étage. La fiche de réservation était chambre 401 et nous avons eu la chambre 205... Très décevant!

Had a great stay here! Rooms are stylish, service is impeccable, and the location is very hard to beat. They also have an open bar, coffee and tea served in the lounge all day, which is very nice touch and was much appreciated. Only 2 points of feedback that stood out only b/c this is a 5 star hotel: a) alcohol options were on the low-end and there weren't any red or white wine options in the lounge. b) the hotel doesn't seem to have a full kitchen, so breakfast is a little limited - e.g. you can order eggs from the back but they're not what you think of when you order a french omelette (flat and dry).

I will never choose another hotel in Paris after experiencing the absolute delight that is Espirit Saint Germain. It has easily become one of my all-time favorite accommodations. The rooms, lobby, and all amenities are not only stunning but meticulously maintained. Each evening, a charming open bar invites guests to craft their own beverages while basking in the warm glow of the fire. The breakfast is absolutely spectacular - a quintessential French morning feast. I cherished those tranquil moments in the dining room, setting the perfect tone for a bustling day ahead.What truly set Espirit apart, however, was the exceptional staff. Their level of service is exactly what one would expect from a five-star establishment. They addressed each guest by name and were extraordinarily helpful from the moment we made our reservation. They graciously coordinated nearly every aspect of our itinerary, even handling some last-minute and rather complex reservations. Trust their recommendations; everything we experienced was nothing short of wonderful.As for the location, it's nothing short of amazing! Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, it's a haven for leisurely strolls and offers an abundance of activities. In my opinion, this is the absolute best district to base oneself in Paris. I've sung Espirit's praises to all my friends and it's safe to say I'll be a devoted guest for years to come. I genuinely can't find enough words to convey how exceptional this place is!

Stayed here with my family in June 2023, the staff were exceptional and we really enjoyed the daily breakfasts and open bar in the evenings. There were some interesting issues with our room that prevent me from giving it five stars. We stayed on the fifth floor in a room overlooking Rue Saint-Sulpice and both windows leaked heavily whenever it rained. Also, our sink would turn itself on and squeal when other bathrooms were being used on the same floor. A few times housekeeping would pop into the room without warning or knocking when my husband and I were relaxing on the bed. Otherwise, great hotel and great location.

Great location - close to two metro lines and walking distance to lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the St Germain area.Service and staff are accommodating and friendly.Lounge areas on the main floor are cozy and a relaxing place to unwind after a day of walking and sightseeing. They offer drinks and snacks every night, and there is 24/7 access to water, coffee and tea.Rooms are comfortable and clean.Highly recommend!

Our family of four spent three nights at the Esprit Saint Germain. The customer service was wonderful from their welcoming front desk, their relaxed check in where you can have a snack and drink, to their bed turn down service. Our room was two rooms which allowed us to remain together as a family and the kids loved the little chocolate treats that were left each night. They are already planning our return trip to Paris and us parents will choose to return to the Esprit Saint Germain. Merci Cassandra, Lisa, and Bijoy for a wonderful stay!

Cet établissement est à des années-lumière d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. À notre arrivée, le personnel de l'hôtel a pris en charge nos bagages pour les monter dans notre chambre. A notre arrivée dans la chambre, le sac militaire de qualité de mon compagnon, qui était en parfait état, a été déchiré. C'est seulement le lendemain, après avoir insisté auprès de tout le personnel, que le directeur de l'hôtel, d'une incompétence ahurissante, est apparu devant nous avec l'audace de nous demander : Comment se fait-il que le sac soit déchiré ?" Jamais je n'ai vu un tel culot et un tel manque de clairvoyance.Nous avons écouté son discours verbeux

Week-end parfait au sein de l’Esprit Saint Germain, accueil chaleureux, décoration récente, ambiance apaisée, propreté, petit déjeuner buffet simple et de qualité !Beaucoup apprécié le Sauna, Hammam !Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

24h de kiff à l'Esprit Saint Germain ! Sauna et hamman privatisés en arrivant, petit apéro au bar, diner dans un des nombreux bons restos du quartier recommandés par la reception. Pdj présenté sous forme de buffet avec œufs servis à la demande, copieux et de qualité. Plein de petits détails qui font plaisir : fruits frais et fleurs ds la chambre, petit paquet de gâteaux pour la route lors de notre départ. On reviendra !
