We rented an apartment in rue st Charles in Paris via Airbnb and L’agence de Paris did a great job receiving us and making our stay easy and comfortable. Very responsive, professional and friendly thanks to charlottes and Matthieu!

I went 3 months in Paris for a work assignment. It is very difficult to find an apartment in Paris, from abroad, for only a few months. L'Agence de Paris turned out to be the perfect solution. I stayed in an apartment in the XII arrondissment and I really liked it. The staff is professional and available. I got back my deposit 10 days after leaving the apartment. Highly recommended for short/medium periods of time.

I had a contract for a delightful 5th arrondisment apartment which was managed by this agency. The apartment is adorable and contains all you need for a stay. The contract and all communications were from a very helpful chap named Pierre - thank you so much for your assistance and your perfect English. I recommend this agency for Paris accommodation and efficient management.

En recherche d'appartement depuis trois mois, nous avions visité pas mal de logements. Finalement nous a trouvé l'appartement de nos rêves grace à cette agence!! Ils ont des biens vraiment quali. Service au top à l'agence avec Monsieur Chadelaud qui a pris beaucoup de temps avec nous! Merci :)

Really bad bad experience. The apartment was ok, but, after almost 20 days from our departure, they asked for non-existent damage to an old toaster...making it pay as gold!Tip: There are so many agencies in Paris, but if you really want to choose this one, when you leave the apartment, ask to check the apartment, in EVERY DETAIL, until you are present, and ask to sign an état du lieu" complete. This agency provided the absolute worst service imaginable. I am a student who is studying in Paris. The problems began when the contract was sent over with MULTIPLE errors, including house rules and even deposit prices and rental prices. When I arrived to the apartment it was absolutely disgusting. There was pubic hair EVERYWHERE, the bed, the dishes, the shower, the carpet, everywhere. When I contacted Baptiste to inform him of this he simply said it must have been missed by the cleaning company, but there was no offer to re clean. At one point he even stated how I could clean this myself in less than 30 minutes, which is appalling not to mention in the heightened point of covid 19. The bed linens had not even been washed since the previous tenant left which was apparent by the mass amounts of body hair and bodily odor. The apartment was not as described in the ad and was lacking several features. In addition this apartment was located within a hotel which was no where listed on the ad. After many back and forth emails and unprofessionalism from this agency they finally agreed to send me a portion of my money back and allow me to end my lease, but only because spotahome.com backed me and fought to get me out of my lease. They sent the money back to me via PayPal where there was €300 missing. When I asked about this I was met with unprofessionalism and arrogance from Baptiste claiming that it must have been a PayPal transfer fee. In my experience if a company is using a money transferring service they pay the fee or split it with the customer after they notify and agree upon these terms. This was not the case. They simply used my refund to front their expense. I have never dealt with an agency or frankly any company who treats their clientele with the condescending and disrespectful tone this agency used. This place is running a business where they are their first priority and your money is their second. Your wants/ well being do not fit anywhere in their equation. I hope my review will help at least one person avoid this agency and their scams!!!!!
