Hôtel original dans sa conception et très gai dans les couleurs. Très bien situé à 5 mn de la gare et 5-10 mn du centre ville. Accueil très sympathique. Petit déjeuner bien présenté et copieux pour ma part. J'ai trouvé la chambre très jolie et la douche très spacieuse (ça change des hôtels où l'on peut à peine rentrer dedans).

Tres bon sejour de 3 nuits la semaine passée. Tout le personnel de l etablissement est accueillant agréable bienveillant et de bons conseils. Ils ont contribué à rendre mon séjour plus agréable. L hotel est calme bien placé tout près du centre et de la gare, tout est facilement accessible à pied. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées les prestations de qualité : du choix pour le petit-déjeuner, bagagerie espace détente avec baby-foot, possibilité de se restaurer à tout moment etc. Merci à eux

Certes, l’hôtel est coloré avec une ambiance voyage en Amérique du Sud, mais paradoxalement j’ai ressenti une atmosphère générale assez froide. Beaucoup d’apparence liée à la déco mais sans profondeur.A commencer par le personnel peu loquace et distant.Les chambres ont un confort basique, la salle de bains est jolie, mais l’ensemble me laisse un sentiment un peu tristounet.Le petit déjeuner pareil, silencieux, simple et quelconque.Seul l’emplacement reste un atout car à proximité du centre, facile d’accès à pied.

This hotel is more like a hostel style. The rooms were very tiny with barely any room to place bags, there was no full-length mirror, the rooms were very noisy, the shower made a huge mess and left puddles of water everywhere and the breakfast was really just bread. It is a pretty hotel and would work fine if you just need a place to sleep but I would not recommend it for a couples vacation because it is very basic and the absolute minimum. The best perks were that it is cheap and that it is right by the station so you can walk there but on the flipside you do hear train sounds.

Good points were breakfast, nice seating area with crockery and cutlery for outside food, coffee and tea available all day. Location was convenient to the train station and old town. Bad points were that the room was in the roof space of the building and was uncomfortable. Couldn't get to one side of the bed without ducking under a beam, which was a head knock hazard at night. Room air conditioning was locked to 20 degrees celsius and we couldn't change it. Asked if it could be set to 24 degrees and the front desk said they would do that, but nothing changed. With the aircon off the room was extremely hot (even at night when it was pleasant outside), and with it on the room was too cold. The room had windows in the roof that faced the sky, they let light in but there was no view. We arrived before check-in time and the front desk staff made it clear that we were not welcome before check-in time. Not a pleasant greeting or even mention of the available hotel facilities that we could use in the meantime. Similar story when we came back to check-in, just handed a key, no mention of which floor the room was on or even the direction of the lift. They also placed a hold on my credit card several days in advance for one nights accommodation in case of a no-show. On arrival we fully paid for the whole stay in cash but they refused to release the hold until we concluded our stay. Their excuse was it is the process". Visa and Mastercard standards state that holds are to be released when the purchase is settled and the reason for the hold no longer exists. The hold was eventually released but the fact that they appear to have little regard for how they treat a customer's credit card or what is fair to the customer is of concern to me. I wouldn't like to be involved with them if a bigger issue arose."

Très joli hôtel, situé a 10 mn à pied du centre historique.Parking facile.Personnel accueillant.Seul bémol, chambre bruyante certainement du a des problème de présence d'air dans les tuyauteries .

Quelle belle découverte! Hôtel super jolie, super bien équipé. Les chambres du dernier étage sont propres, calmes et bien insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Gros plus pour l'accès libre aux thés, café... dans la cuisine de l'entrée et la conciergerie sécurisée qui est super pratique. Bien situé proche de la gare et les tarifs sont très correct. Je reviendrai sans hésiter!

Nice rooms and very good location! Parking was possible just in front of the hotel, and on sunday, it was free. The hotel kindly cancelled one of our rooms without fees although it was some hours after deadline.A negative experience was that one collegue was not allowed to use the toilet of the hotel just 4 hours after checkout and was asked to use the toilet on the train station. This is not costumer friendly!

160€ la nuit !160€ la nuit...Et pourtant l'accueil à l'hôtel est plutôt froid, la réceptionniste assez sèche.Et pourtant le mobilier de la salle commune ressemble à celui d'une résidence étudiante.Et pourtant la chambre est sombre. Même en allumant les lumières, il règne une pénombre.Et pourtant la fenêtre donne sur les conduits d'aération assez sonores.Et pourtant la chambre est spartiate. Un lit, une table de nuit, une table et une chaise.Et pourtant le petit déjeuner est fait de produits industriels de piètre qualité. Je pense même que les 2 gâteaux maisons" sont en fait cuits mais pas élaborés sur place. A 160€ on demande même de débarrasser notre plateau et de trier nos déchets.Alors effectivement c'était le temps du marché de Noël. Les commerçants en profitent pour extorquer les touristes. Et ça fonctionne !Donc oui

L Hotel Paul et Pia est à 5 min à pied de la vieille ville. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est de très bonne facture et l ambiance dans la salle de réception très sympa. Les chambres sont très jolies mais un peu exiguës. Le parking de la gare est un peu loin (5-10min a pied) mais gratuit.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille du 25 décembre au 27 décembre dans cet hôtel et il était parfait! Emplacement idéal à 2 pas du centre ville et du marché de noël, chambre très propre, bien équipée et confortable. Quartier calme et très facile de trouver de la place dans la rue (payant). Personnel agréable et accueillant et petit déjeuner très bon avec beaucoup de choix

Un hôtel plein de charmes à l'ambiance chaleureuse. Seul bémol pour moi, la chambre 101 située près de l'escalier me faisait entendre tous les bruits des gens qui rentraient de soirée. Le petit déjeuner propose beaucoup de choix, mais les croissants et pains au chocolat étaient secs. Sinon dans l'ensemble tout était très bien. Un poil cher mais pour Colmar c'est normal.

J'ai l'habitude de séjourner au Boma ou au Léonor, à Strasbourg, deux autres hôtels du même groupe. Quelle déception ici! Des chambres sombres, j'avais apporté des livres, je n'ai pas réussi à lire tellement il manque de lumière, les oreillers super durs, les matelas très étroits. Seule la salle de bain est originale.Ce qui m'a le plus déçu est le petit-déjeuner. Le groupe ne doit pas profiter des économies d'échelle et des achats en gros avec ses autres établissements. Chez Paul et pia, tous les aliments sont premier prix, à l'exception des yaourts. Le jambon sans goût, le jus d'orange sans goût, le fromage sans goût, le café sans aucune saveur. Tout cela à 160 euros la nuit, effectivement durant le marché de Noël. Quelle piètre image donne cet établissement au groupe.Le pire est sans doute l'accueil, glacial. Je croyais rentrer dans un commissariat. La réceptionniste m'a immediatement demandé ma carte d'identité comme si j'étais un voleur et en a fait une photocopie. Ce qui est rigoureusement interdit par la loi. Je ne choisirai plus jamais cet hôtel.

We stayed here for the night when passing through Colmar and wish we'd stayed longer as the city is great and the hotel is excellent.The rooms are modern, comfortable and a great colour scheme. Bathrooms are small but well laid out and the water pressure in the shower is *chefs kiss*!The hotel has a well stocked breakfast buffet which was delicious and is served in the common area around reception where there are tables, sofas, TV etc. (If you have ever stayed in a Locke Hotel, this will feel familiar)They also have a lunch fridge which you can take a pre prepped lunch from (for a fee) which is a nice touch.Whilst we were there, there was a marathon on the following day so we were unable to use the parking outside the hotel, however there is a large, free carpark a 5 minute walk away at Place du Capitaine Dreyfus which we used instead and I think actually made leaving simpler due to the main road out of Colmar being easily accessible.The hotel is in a good location, a short walk from the old town and Little Venice, with a Carrefour convenience store over the road and numerous cafe's, restaurants, and boulangerie's nearby.I highly recommend Paul & Pia and will definitely stay here again if we return to Colmar!

Did have an excellent stay at the hotel. Check in was fast and easy, friendly staff. Room was okay, a bit cramped but still okay for europe standard, bed was comfy, nice pillow. Bathroom was clean. What i like about the room is their fun colorful room with several handmade furniture giving the exotique feeling.. very nice and beautifulLocation is very near to the train station and also within walking distance to the old picturesque town.Breakfast was great, very homy and nice warm food. Very good value for money.Theres a locker room at the basement where i stored my suitcase after checkout for free.

This hotel boasts a central location, yet you won't find many tourists since all the main tourist attractions are within a 10-minute walk. The reception staff is very friendly and organized a guided boat tour for us. Despite the fact that the breakfast lacks standard warm options like omelets with bacon, there is plenty of cheese, ham, great bread, cereals, boiled eggs, yogurts, and freshly baked pastries, which the staff brings every morning from 6:30 am. Furthermore, you can get free of charge coffee,tea, milk and hot cocao from the coffee machine 24/7. The hotel's design features pleasant, bright colors and interesting decor. The rooms are small, but that's all you need if you're spending most of your time outside. The main advantage is the air conditioning in each room! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
