We have been unable to retrieve our lost bags for more than a week. We keep being told our bags will be delivered that day… and then nothing arrives. Customer service is horrendous. Fly with literally any other airline.

Impossible to contact the Air France. I have tried, several times.Very expensive. Especially when I then see the service that I get for my money.Very bad service: lot of delays, you have to do everything at the airport -print the boarding pass, weight your luggage... because they are saving up money on their employees. Strikes of happy" employees during Christmas. I took several planes with this company

Strictly from the perspective of a truck driver, the experience was fine.Now, about the procedure: you first go to the main gate, where the security agent sees your papers, takes your ID card/passport, gives you a pager. You will recover your IDs when you leave the premises and hand over the pager. The last will beep twice: firstly, to tell you your waiting place (there are three parking lots, labeled P1-3) and secondly, to indicate your unloading ramp (both parking lots and the three existing unloading units, P as they call them are included on an enlarged print at the main gate). One should thereby enter, go to the offices and wait for those two signals. The unloading went fast and all the persons there where very helpful. A GMaps screenshot with some labels was added, I hope is helpful. They speak French and English, but more than that, they do their job with pleasure, and that is visible. Thank you all, guys!

Depuis 2004 que je travaille c tres bien organisé

Accueil agréable.organisation des dossiers avec SMS à chaque étape bien structuré. un peu d attente pour l export mais ça passe.
