Howard sur Seine hôtel

STAY AWAY. This hotel is a full blown scam. They advertise themselves as a 4 star hotel when the should advertise themselves as a 2 star motel. The room was small and dirty. None of the advertised amenities worked (No WIFI, microwave, AC, or refrigerator. The owner is racist and has no professionalism. The room we stayed n was the room from hell (209 pictures attached) there was limited space around the bed and little to no lighting in the entire room. Every time we complained about the AC or WIFI we were given the run around. The owner left our room windows wide open because our room was so hot. This caused for bugs to swarm our room and get in everything including our belongings. She then proceeded to give us a mini fan and yell out of frustration because she had no rooms to move a to until a day before our departure. Ruined our entire trip. Spend your money elsewhere if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Expérience mitigée.L'hôtel est vraiment bien décoré. On sent que beaucoup de soin a été apporté sur la partie décoration et l'envie de faire luxueux. Les chambres sont très belles et la salle de bain superbe.Seulement, le luxe n'est pas seulement les apparences.... un hôtel se disant 4 étoiles doit pouvoir apporter du service car c'est aussi une part non négligeable de l'expérience.Et là, j'ai plus eu l'impression d'être dans un hôtel 1ère classe.- payer à l'avance (les hôtels dignes de ce nom se contentent de l'empreinte de la carte bleu et on paye au checkout)- peut-être est-ce du au fait qu'a l'accueil il n'y a personne et qu'il aller la chercher dans le bureau attenant.- la salle du petit déjeuner est assez petite, ce n'est pas grave car très bien décorée : mais prendre son petit déjeuner avec autour des tables non débarassées n'est pas très agréable.- le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas son prix et n'est pas rempli (jus, verres, ....)Bref, c'est bien dommage d'autant investir dans le matériel et si peu dans le service.

Un hôtel récent, propre, accueillant. Bien équipé. Un service au top, un très bel accueil.Bien situé, à 15 min de Paris centre en transport.Vivement à recommander !!

This hotel was absolutely lovely! All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever/if we had an issue or query, they were always accessible and quick to help! Would 100% recommend and if I find myself in Paris again, will most certainly come back.Only feedback I would suggest, is maybe a few more breakfast suggestions or a continental breakfast!

Suite à un deplacement professionnel j’ai séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et je dois dire que tout y est absolument parfait: la chambre était très spacieuse, la literie confortable, la salle de bain magnifique et j’ai même eu la chance d’avoir un balcon avec vue directe sur la seine. Le personnel de jour comme de nuit est aux petits soins, la jeune fille qui s’est occupée de mon check-in était très accueillante et disponible à la moindre demande.Les petits + : cadre très agréable en bord de seine, gare et arrêts de bus à moins de 5min de marche.Mention spéciale pour la directrice qui est très professionnelle et très aimable.Je recommande et j’y reviendrais avec plaisir !

Les chambres sont tellementttttt agréables ! Propres, neufs, climatisés, avec une grande télé. Un régale !L'accueil est au top aussi ! Chaleureux a agréable.Je recommande !

If you are looking for an actual hotel with all the perks and benefits…look elsewhere…To be honest, when we pulled up to the location we were surprised to find such a small establishment. On a positive note, we were checked in by a lovely lady in which she even gave us the option of choosing a room. She showed great hospitality and even put in an effort to communicate with us in English (which is very rare in Paris). The rooms were smaller than the pictures portrayed. The bathroom was beautiful. Unfortunately, we were greeted by dozens of flies…every…single…day….The night staff is definitely more “laid back” for a lack of a better term. We struggled with closing the balcony door one night and when we called the concierge…we were only advised to “try harder.” The bed was very comfortable. We called for extra pillows which was easily accommodated. For ice, we were instructed to fetch it ourselves in the lobby in which we were handed two cereal bowls of ice. We were very disappointed to find out that the entire kitchen is just for show. The microwave and induction stove does not work. Disappointing as we selected this hotel for that very reason. The area is somewhat nice and confirmed by our Uber driver. A few restaurants and a market for your convenience within walking distance. Other than that, I’d find something closer to the city center if you are not too familiar with the city.

Hôtel très bien situé avec une magnifique vue sur les quais de Seine. Tout le Personnel est très accueillantet sympathique. Ony perçoit une excellente ambiance. Ladécoration est sublime, la literie est très confortableet le parfum d'ambiance est incroyable.

Très belle chambre, très propre, ce n'etait bruyant.

Accueil très chaleureux, personnel à l'écoute.Hôtel très bien situé. Chambre magnifique, décorée avec goût, sans parler de la salle de bain impeccable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

This is a rare time where I am reviewing a hotel before I even check out.I am occasionally traveling for business purposes and I am going to different hotels in the area. Before I go to this hotel I was in the Mercure Paris La Defence and my experience was horrible, so I arrived prepared for the worst.The reception personnel welcomed me politely and asked every question! They informed me about the room, the breakfast and any other details that would make my stay comfortable.The room was perfect!!!! I stayed in a suite that has view to the river and the space was more than enough! There was a small living room with a kitchen, a table where you can easily work or dine, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom had a very nice and big shower where you could even sit and have a relaxing waterfall experience.The breakfast area and the breakfast in general is exactly what I would like to have. Not morning queues for breakfast, not too many things, just the right things to eat, drink and prepare for your day. There were not the classic bacon, omelet, sausages or beans, but instead freshly and warm boiled eggs, nice breads, marmalade, some nice pastries, fruits, cookies etc.I am not very familiar with the area and I do not know how convenient it is for someone who wants to go to the center, but honestly this would be the last thing to bother me.In some words, this hotel is totally recommended! I am sure I will book it again in my future trips!!!!

Un hôtel très élégamment décoré , tout neuf , personnel très agréable y compris le veilleur de nuit ! , bien situé car très proche de la gare d AsnieresDes ajustements d équipement néanmoins à prévoir pour rendre l expérience parfaite : aucune tasse ni verre dans la kitchenette qui d ailleurs ne contient aucune vaisselle , une cafetière mais pas de bouilloire1 seul sachet de thé ….Je recommande cet hôtel
