Experience Paris was a great experience/way to propose. I wasn't sure exactly how I was going to do it going into the tour, but Andre crafted the drive perfectly, ending with me on one knee on a bridge over looking a sparking Eiffel Tower. It will be a great memory forever, and we have the pictures to prove it. Highly recommended for taking the logistics-related stress out of a proposal.

I was really pleased with service provided by Experience Paris (Larry) . Larry really made our 15th anniversary celebration very special . All the arrangement made were outstanding and every one was very professional and courteous. I would defiantly use Experience Paris again in the future and I would also love to recommend Experience Paris service to friends and family .

We had an amazing time! Mick, our guide, was on time to pick us up; he was extremely knowledgeable and personable; as well as an excellent driver!The houses we visited we just what we asked for when we described what we wanted to see; plus the lovely lunch.Of course, the scenery was phenomenal and Mick was able to give us interesting tidbits to make our experience even better!We had a delay getting our purchases shipped, and Larry was super responsive to my request for help and following up to make sure we recieved the shipment.i will recommend them to anyone that asks!

We bought the tickets on the website and then went on to take the tour for Eiffel Tower, the tour guide SHELDON (American), who happy welcomed us and gave our tour bands. He did joke about how he moved from America to Paris and many other things but at no point he did mention about the fact that we have an incorrect pass and will be charged further. We finished our tour and returned to our country of residence. To our surprised to see there was a charge from this tour, which kind off too us aback. We assumed it must have been a mistake and contacted the agency.To hightlight there customer service is beyond pathetic, it has been 4 months that I am dealing with them before writing this review and horribly their argument is that the travel guide mentioned about the charges before he let us in. This has never happened, we were never told about the charges!Upon contacting the agency they only kept telling us that we were informed by the tour guide. We would have appreciated if they had even mentioned once in their argument that it must have been a misunderstanding but simply insist that they told us at the gate.I work in the service industry and totally understand the ways of managing an unhappy customer but this company lacks basic business acumen. Completely hopeless and horrible customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone! Please be careful and save yourself some pain by not choosing this horrible service provider!

We purchased a private car package which included airport transfer, 3 hour guided tour and breakfast at Montparnasse Tower. The 3 hour diving tour and transfer was great and the driver was awesome. He even took us to pick up our Paris Passes which was a big help since we were jet lagged and not oriented with the city yet.My only concern was the breakfast" part. All this part of the tour entailed was the elevator ride to the top of Montparnasse Tower

Was a really great experience and made my night extremely special. Although the weather didn't play out, the driver and photographer made it work. My only hiccup was the photographer was a little late to the meeting point. Other than that i would still recommend this to anyone.

Fantastic experience. I used Larry's services a few years ago to propose to my then fiance while we were in Paris and it couldn't have gone any smoother. This year, we went back to where it all started. Larry arranged a horse carriage ride prior to our dinner at Jules Verne. The driver of the carriage was very friendly. He had a blanket waiting for us, since this was in early January and it was quite chilly. He took us around for about an hour. We were able to see so many sites. He explained the history behind some of the sites and even played photographer for us. It was another memorable moment arranged by Larry. When I need concierge service in Paris, Experience Paris is without a doubt the first place I check.

I hired the cinderella carriage for my engagement proposal. The driver was incredibly rude and had no sense of customer service. The directions given to me were not completely clear as to where to meet. The google map link was incorrect. Because of this we arrived a few minutes late and were charged an exorbiant fee. Would not recommend was a rip off. The photographers we hired for about $500 to take pictures and video record the engagement did a horrible job. The quality was very poor and the camera was shaking. In most of the shots you couldn't see both me and my fiancé's face. I would not recommend these services for any occasion. After the occasion we had to plead with Experience Paris to get the full footage of the day. it took almost a month to receive all of the photos and video that we had agreed on before the event. The customer service was poor and everything was extremely overpriced.Visited September 2015
