Euromaster Jonzac

We had a minor disaster on the way South from Calais, with our front left tyre a bit shredded on it's wall. We slow-steamed 600km to near Jonzac, where we were staying with friends for New Year and the next day went to Euromaster in Jonzac. The young guy in the office was very pleasant (and not bad English) and agreed to get our front tyres replaced at once even though it was approaching their lunchtime shutdown. When they got the car up high to change the front tyres the mechanic checked whether the rear tyres were also run-flats and found a disaster averted. The right rear tyre had, some time since the last service/MOT in August 2019, had a strip of outer tread crudely torn off on the normally invisible inner edge of the tyre - could have exploded any time, utterly unsafe. See the photo. Luckily they had enough stock to change all four tyres (the left rear had a sidewall tear) and the amazing staff went way into their lunchtime break to change all four tyres. They knocked something off their initial quote as they re-used our valves (we have a tyre pressure warning system) and the eventual bill was lower than my own guesstimate. We were back with our friends in time for lunch and were so impressed with this place. It felt like they were always honest and fair - what more can you want when something goes wrong on holiday?

Très très mauvais garage! M’a fait changer un silenbloc pour un bruit suspect côté passagers. J’ai payé 213€ alors que c’était les amortisseurs . A éviter!

En août 2022 je changer deux pneus avant sur ma 206 depuis tous les trois jours j'ai obligé de regonfler le pneu j'ai appelé Euromaster et ils m'ont dit fallait que je repasse plus tard quand je travaillerai pas j'ai pas pu passer avant et maintenant ils me disent de passer mais faut que je re paye l'erreur qu'ils ont fait pour les valves depuis septembre qui m'ont changé les deux pneus même au bout de 2 jours j'aurais payé donc c'est pas normal alors n'allez pas chez eux avec une erreur de leur part vous paierez quand même ce qui haha changer. Pas très commercial.

Au lieu de blaguer au téléphone avec certains clients un des vendeurs ferait bien de faire attention au commandes. Venue une première fois samedi ce n étaient pas les bons pneus. Repasser le mercredir suivant la commande n avait pas été faite. Je n y retournerai plus
