The app gives errors. And when I tried to call customer service I pressed 1 for English. But I only got people on the phone who couldn't speak English, they hung up on me.

System works most of the time but my concern with with the times it doesn’t, as customer support is literally no existent. Emails go unanswered and on the phone they pretend they don’t speak English even though they understand perfectly what you tell them. God forbid you get a wrong charge on your credit card. You can kiss your money good bye.
