I took the class to learn to make baguette, brioche, and chiabatta. It was wonderful. Luc, our chef, was attentive, provided clear direction, and was incredibly helpful. The breads were delicious!! I had an absolutely fabulous time and highly recommend Le Foodist.

Chef Stephan was a great teacher. He is a professional pastry chef and showed us all the techniques and secrets to making macarons. They came out beautiful and delicious. He even helped us with a dinner reservation at a place near by. Great experience that I highly recommend. Definitely a highlight of our Paris trip.

We just took the Baguette and French Breads class with Florence and it was more than we could have hoped for. The sweet Brioche we learned how to make was so easy and we can't wait to make it back at home. You won't need to eat dinner after as well! Do not hesitate to take any class here, the smells and experiences happening around you will be the highlight of any trip to Paris!

Thank you to Chef Stephane for providing such a high quality and engaging pastry class. We made eclairs with 3 different fillings and various toppings. It was a fun interactive and hands on class and a nice break from museum hopping. My daughter and I really enjoyed ourselves and are already planning to get together to make chocolate eclairs for our family. Highly recommended as a great experience for any trip to Paris!

My mother and I went for the morning market visit cooking class and couldn’t have had a better experience. Frederic was informative, engaging and highly entertaining. He made sure to explain all the techniques, reasons why, and kept everyone engaged. Would totally come back.

Frederick is wonderful! We had a lovely breakfast followed by a trip to the market to select ingredients for lunch. Long pause at the cheese monger for short class on French cheese and tastings. Then back to the kitchen where we prepared the most delicious cauliflower soup, salmon with béarnaise sauce and homemade vanilla ice cream with poached peach. The whole time we were educated and entertained by Frederick. Will definitely do again when we return to Paris!
