Une formidable maison. En plus d’être une maison de bonne manufacture, les conseillers en boutique ont eu le plaisir de me donner leurs avis pour le choix de mon bermuda. N’hésitez pas à parler avec eux de l’élégance et des tissus car ce sont de vrais passionnés, vous y prendre un vrai plaisir.

Superbe petite boutique, très bien accueilli et très bien conseillé. Les vêtements sont de très bonne Qualité, pas de matière artificielle ! Quel bonheur. Les coupes sont superbes et c’est bien taillé. Taille normalement, en fonction de la matière peut devoir prendre une taille en plus, le lin par exemple. Je recommande a 100% cette boutique avec une super équipe.

Excellent products but in the UK we're now being charged more than on the continent (despite the Pound being stronger than the Euro). For shirts this works out as an additional ~ £30. I therefore won't be buying anymore products from this site until the prices are once more reflective of standard European prices.

Was looking for a unique style when in Milan and walked in due to the styled mannequins in the window. Ended up staying because of the stylist Luigi helped me pick out 2 great outfits. Couldn’t be happier with the fit and look of the clothing. Amazing experience

I have bought several items from Pini Parma over the years, but my recent experiences I’ve this last year have been disappointing. Unfortunately, I have encountered problems with both the quality of their products and their customer service in my last three purchases.For instance, I bought a pair of jeans which were not true to size and were missing the main front button. I had them replaced with a larger size, but the replacement jeans were still not the right fit. I decided to keep them, but again, the main button fell off after only wearing them four times. Similarly, I purchased a pair of trousers, and after wearing them only a few times over a couple of months, two buttons fell off, and there was a small tear in the seam. Although I was promised to be reimbursed for my tailor's bill, I never heard back from the customer service team after submitting the receipt.Moreover, I bought a shirt, but it was too big, and it took three weeks to arrange a replacement due to the poor customer service and return process. Lastly, while visiting the Paris store to buy more clothes, the staff ignored me despite wearing one of their trousers.Based on my experience, I am not the only one who has found the quality of Pini Parma's clothes to be below standard, and their customer service to be slow. I recently contacted customer support to complain about another faulty item, but I doubt that they will provide any help to resolve the issue.Overall, Pini Parma used to be a good brand, but the quality of their products has declined, and their customer service is outdated.

I cannot stress this enough: STAY AWAY from Pini Parma! My encounter with this company and their customer support manager, Federica Guidi, was nothing short of a nightmare. Let me walk you through the ordeal I experienced with them, so you know exactly what you're getting into.On May 20th, I ordered a suit from Pini Parma based on their size table and my previous in-person purchases at their Paris shop (which, by the way, had great service). However, when the suit arrived, it had the wrong dimensions entirely. The chaos didn't end there.Every single item I bought from Pini Parma, be it trousers, knitted jackets, coats, or shirts, seemed to have a different size. There was no logical consistency whatsoever. Trying to exchange the suit for the correct size proved futile, as Federica cited IT problems" and refused to assist.Frustrated

J'ai été bien reçu.Les conseils du vendeur ne sont pas creux mais ont une vrai valeur ajoutée (coupe en fonction de la morphologie, motifs et matières, retouches).J'apprécie particulièrement les coupes de Pini Parma qu'il est de plus en plus difficile de trouver en prêt à porter (taille assez haute pour les pantalons, revers suffisamment larges pour les vestes).Très satisfait
