They did great with my down winter jacket. No one else in Geneva dared to clean it except for them. And the result was really fantastic. All the old stains and dirt completely vanished. The coat became as if it was brand new

Good but when I asked them in I can have my suit not wrapping in disposable single use plastic, they had no solution.

I dropped my husband’s suit for dry cleaning. Normal place takes 5 days to collect. I went to collect after a week, they told me it’s not ready yet and I have to wait for the sms. They told me I would get it in 2 days. Now 10 days later, I still haven’t received the text message to collect the suit, I hope they still have it.

I gave them 4 pieces of clothing. 67CHF. They gave me back the gillet for which I had paid their Maxima with stains and told me that I had not paid enough. I took another gillet to a neighboring shop, paid 10 instead of 15 without any special treatment and took it back really clean with no stains. I do not recommend this business. I took their fidelity card but my first time was the last time I used their business. All other pressings in the area are better
