Hello! My name is Iana Shuliak and I want to inform you about the absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior of the USA office towards the client (myself), which casts a shadow on the whole company. I created an account and added all the necessary information for payment and delivery of Wellbox to Atlanta (Ga). Then I ordered Wellbox 26th of September on the official site. Since that day, for two weeks, no information from the seller about the status of my order and its delivery (a tracking number) appeared either in my account or on my mail. I called the support service by phone at 800-355-29-56 two weeks later to find out what happened to my order and was absolutely stunned by the girl's answer (I don't know her name, she did not introduce herself) that my order was delivered and LEFT IN THE MAILROOM on October 2 ! To my questions about why the seller did not notify (didn't provide the tracking number on my account or didn't send this information on email) me that my order was shipped and sent to my address and why the order was LEFT IN THE MAILROOM but not delivered directly to myself or left in the parcel locker, she answered: “I’m not responding to answer this question!” To my question who is responsible to answer this question, she said: “Only Chad, (she didn't tell me his full name) but he is not in the office today, he’ll call back you tomorrow!”When Chad called back the next day, my spouse picked up the phone and was also stunned by the tone and manner of conversation from this guy. Chad did not in the least try to help sort out the situation, but on the contrary, made it clear in every possible way that we were almost to blame for the loss of the order! He also said that, according to his information, the order was delivered PERSONALLY TO THE HANDS UNDER SIGNATURE. My husband replied that this is not true, so neither he nor I met with the delivery man, and also did not sign anywhere (he works remotely and is always at home).Also, my husband asked why the data on where the parcel was supposedly left was different, Chad didn't answer the question and said that it was not his fault that we live in an unsafe community. undoubtedly, such an answer was open rudeness on his part.The only thing that was achieved after a frankly unpleasant acquaintance with the USA office was a notification of the investigation in USPS. But anyway I do not intend to tolerate a disrespectful and rude attitude towards me and my spouse, from the side of the company's employees for whom the words client"
