Bought a phone via Ebay.According to them, the phone was 'as new', but unfortunately it had a big scratch, exactly in the middle of the screen.They had to take care of shipment costs, but they would not provide a return label, so I had to take care (and pay) for it.I'm trying to contact them for getting shipment refund, but they ignore my messages.Avoid them
