Tried getting a table on the first night, but the lady was very rude and told me they didn't have any. This was strange given that everyone (who asked before and after) had been told to wait 30 minutes. Tried the next night and the gentleman was very nice and got us a table almost immediately. The food was lovely! Would recommend if you are in the area and looking for something traditional. The duck was the highlight of our meal.

Bonjour,On avait réservé pour 8 personnes à 20h et on a du attendre 20h40 pour avoir une table de libre, il y a un manque de professionnalisme dans ce restaurant et a 20h50 le responsable nous met une grosse pression pour choisir rapidement notre menu … A éviter

We stopped by to have a potato fondue and passed a really cozy night. The service was fast and very kind.There were a lot of tourists so surely it’s more like a touristy place but we felt good, the prices were right and the fondue was very good! They could maybe improve the side dish of the fondue a bit but in general we passed a good night.

Cheese fondue was nice however, one waiter in particular was rude, you're welcomed friendly but as soon as the food is on your table you shouldn't expect much additional service. When you're finished you're rushed to pay and leave. This behaviour looks more biased towards tourist.

You must try this resturant if you want a taste of good french cuisine. The foundue is absolutely amazing and I also recomand the chocolat fondue as dessert. The waitress is very kind and professional.

La nourriture servie pourrait être de meilleure qualité MAIS… nous avons quand même passé un très agréable moment dans ce restaurant hyper dépaysant, petit coin de montagne en plein Paris (surtout si vous êtes installés dans la salle du fond près du « jardin »).Service très aimable et chaise bébé à disposition ce qui est difficile à trouver à Paris.

Restaurant très sympathique avec des serveuses hyper agréable et aux petits soins. La planche mixte à partagé un régale. L'entrecôte une tuerie tendre et goûteuse. Par contre je n'ai pas aimé la tartiflette il manquait quelque chose un peu fade à mon goût. Mais sinon c'est un restaurant que je conseille.

A surprising restaurant - serving, as its name implies, cheese-related food (and more). The 3 of us had a cheese fondue, which was really good. The waitress was very nice and available for us too despite the room filling up quickly.Wine is a bit pricey though.

I took my mother to this restaurant for a nice cozy Friday dinner. Although the atmosphere and food of the restaurant was nice, our night has been ruined by a very unpleasant and rude waiter. We wanted to order a raclette to share with a bottle of wine. The waiter said that it is a rule to order a plate for each person. He was kind of punching the menu while explaning this rule very rudely. At the end, I ordered a snail as extra. Once we had the raclette, he was showing us how to eat it by touching the cheese with his bear hands !! He was doing the same with our forks and knifes ! Not the hygiene you’d expect in a restaurant..When I asked him to give me a new fork, he tried to show me how I can get the meet of the snails using my regular fork and refused to bring me a new one.The experience at the end was the worst. We received the bill from the same waiter without asking for it, and being forced to leave the restaurant. When I told the same waiter that I did not ask for the bill, he was speaking rudely again and telling me that I can pay whenever I want.Overall it is a cozy restaurant with a nice atmosphere but I’d not recommend anyone to have dinner there unless the attitude of that waiter changes !!!
