This school is horrible in its planning, logistics, communication, and advertising.1. They promised an experience of living and studying in a chateau but when we arrived, they suddenly told us they had a shift in campus location...this is FALSE ADVERTISING..and the best part of it? They did not carry out refunds even though they falsely advertised! Our lodgings also changed and we ended up staying far from the new campus and had to walk more than half an hour worth of distance to school every day.2. We were initially told that breakfast and lunch were provided (French cuisine in a chateau) but we were given packets of food bought from supermarkets..3. we were fetched to a place outside of the school to have lunch but were suddenly told that transport would not be provided and were expected to walk back on our own (more than half an hour walk) to our hotel.4. We were told that all excursions were paid for but one of it was not paid for...??!5. The best part was that we gave feedback to the upper management but no improvements were made.-Credit must be given where credit is due;1. the professor who taught us was very passionate in teaching and letting us learn more about the culture and customs of France. She made learning interactive and interesting.2. The student assistants who were friendly, helpful, and understanding. They rushed around to fetch us to places and even had to shop for groceries for our breakfast.Besides the two points stated above, the overall experience was largely negative as we faced many disappointments one after another due to very poor communication, poor planning, and poor management, enough said.

Really helpful staff trying to make everything possible! I received an intercultural training which is not one of the standard classes and passed a French test for which I registered last minute, long time after the deadline but they still made it possible, thank you Planet Langues!

Es war eine schöne Zeit in 1975 mit den jungen Studenten aus vielen unterschiedlichen Ländern wie Israel, Spanien, Mexiko, Norwegen, Schweden u.s.w. Leider konnten alle mehr oder weniger Englisch, was unsere Freizeitsprache wurde. Das war sicher nicht so gedacht, hat uns aber dennoch sehr geholfen.

Merci pour votre preocupation pour ameliorer votre école et pour offrir chaque jour solution aux problèmes.Je sais que ce n'est pas un travail facil de faire et surtout de coordiner jour apres jour, qu'il y a beaucoup de personnes qui travaillent pour faire le sejour agreable et d'offir une bonne qualité. Ce n'est pas la premiere fois que je participe d'un voyage d'etudes" à l'etranger

Ils ne sont pas professionnelles et organisées. Pas de support pédagogiques pour les élèves et pas de suivi.

Des cours de langues pour tous les niveaux. Cadre agréable.

C’est une école très sympa !Les profs sont cool ! J’ai connus des gens qui viennent de tout les lieux !

Les professeurs ainsi que l'institut atteignent l'excellence. Un accueil gentil de la part de toutes les personnes, et une vraie envie d'enseigner de la part des profs, accompagnée par des méthodes d'apprentissage qui fonctionnent et qui entretiennent en même temps. Je suis passée du niveau débutant au niveau avancé en quelques mois, et en plus j'ai vécu une très jolie expérience.
