I found a perfect dining table at this antiques dealer. I contacted them and arranged to pay online, which I did instantly using Paypal.I heard nothing for three weeks regarding delivery, I called but was told the delivery man was on holiday.I am by now concerned, this company has my money and I am now three weeks in since paying for the table and no sign of it being delivered or any response from the dealer.I write an email of complaint threatening to take the matter up with Paypal, I get a reply.The delivery driver is not well. He will let me know when I can expect my table on wednesday. I reluctantly agreed to wait.Tuesday I received an email from the Deasler with confirmation of a refund for my table, no explanation whatsoever.If, as I do, believe that you are entering into a contract of sale when purchasing from this antiques dealer, then think again.If you are insistent on a delivery date or appear to be even slightly difficult then you may well experience what I have, no explanation, an unwanted refund for your purchase but more importantly after many months of searching no dining table.I will avoid dealing with this company altogether, they are unreliable to the extreme and seem to have no knowledge or acquaintance with customer service whatsoever.
