Volevo appendere il mio monitor a un supporto ma ho notato che il mio monitor Samsung non avesse il vesa.Qui mi sono venuti incontro i ragazzi di 3idee i quali stampano adattatori vesa per monitor.Sono stati professionali e i loro prodotti altrettanto dove includono viti e istruzioni e mi hanno permesso di appendere il monitor tramite vesa.Ottima azienda e tanta professionalità

De service is uitstekend, want je wordt als consument gped op de hoogte gehpuden. Als ik 10 sterren kon geven had ik dat zeker gedaan!!!

Sehr guter Kunden-Support, Mails wurden umgehend beantwortet und ich erhielt permanent Updates zu meinen Anliegen!Da ein Vesa Adapter für meinen DELL Ultrathin Monitor- DELL S2719DC- überhaupt noch nicht im Portfolio der Firma erhältlich war, wurde kurzerhand ein baugleicher Monitor von 3idee geordert und ein Prototyp hergestellt.Nach vier Wochen erhielt ich den Adapter und dieser passt wie angegossen!Von mir gibt es dafür 5 Sterne und ich kann die Firma wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Ordered VESA adapters via Amazon to mount two HP M24F on a desk stand. They arrived quickly, but didn't fit. 3idee reacted immidiately: it turned out to be a unexpected difference between M24F and M27F mount. They shipped within a few days the modified adapter. This one had a perfect fit, but is was (Murphy) only one. Again a prompt reaction and excuses. Without the mentioned flaws no doubt 5 stars. Perfect 3D printed adaptors!

Great overall experience. Was not being able to select a product in the website, sent an e-mail and it was solved within minutes.Kindly enough, they even applied the coupon over the shipment cost. Since the discount ended a day before my purchase (and I was trying since then to buy the product), they offered the shipment.Great people, special kudos to Yannick. Five star costumer support!

This store is a gem. I needed vesa adapters for 2 of my HP monitors but HP didn't sell them anymore and they were hard to find on the internet. Then I stumbled upon 3idee, where they just had exactely what I was looking for. Actually, one of the two adapters (for my Envy 27s) wasn't on their website yet, but after a chat with their great customer support, they told me they also had the second adapter in store. Only a few days later, I received both adapters at my home. Initially, when looking for VESA adapters on the internet, I doubded whether the 3D-printed adapters would be strong enough. But now I have them in my hands, I have absolutely no doubt: they look sturdy like hell! And, they come with all necessary (metal) hardware. Great job!

I bought a Xiaomi 1C 23'8 monitor, and by mistake I realized that it did not have vesa support, so I searched without finding anything from Mexico.It took me a while but I finally found 3idee, and I saw that they had a 3d design that solved this problem and that I could adapt my monitor to an arm. I asked questions and they answered me kindly by mail, they sent me from Luxembourg to Mexico in 7 days. It is one of the best purchases I have made online, congratulations.
