Chalet Beau Soleil

What a wonderful find. Recently returned from a ski week at this cosy chalet with views to the mountains.. Well equipped kitchen with a dining table big enough to fit all 12 of our group round. Each bedroom had en-suite facilities and comfortable beds; again there were views to the mountains. What was really handy was space for boots and skis inside the main entrance - a sofa and benches made getting ready for skiing just that little bit easier. Less than 10 minutes drive to the slopes made this the perfect place for our group to enjoy our weeks skiing - I imagine it would be a beautiful spot in the summer too. Other nice touches: log burning fire, board games and books, balconies, hot tub and TV. I thoroughly recommend a stay in this gem of a find and look forward to a return visit.

Fantastic Chalet and incredible hosts! 4 en-suite bedrooms with flexible accommodation in beautiful old barn conversion. Big kitchen/diner, lovely lounge with wood burner, huge entrance hall/second lounge/boot room. Stunning views from windows and balcony across the valley and up to Valmorel. Very convenient for Doucy-Combelouviere, which gives access to full Valmorel and Grand Domain ski region. No restaurants in Doucy village itself, but go up to resort, or down to La Léchère for a wide choice. Thoroughly recommended.

What a week! If you are looking for a large, yet cosy chalet for a memorable skiing holiday, then look no further. Sam and Ro are perfect hosts. After a day on the slopes it was great to come back to a hot tub, the wood burner and a great, well equipped kitchen/diner where we could all sit, eating, drinking and laughing about the day's antics. There's a big, sociable lounge too. Really comfortable beds in the four ensuite bedrooms guarantee a good night's sleep before another great day skiing. Our party of nine ranged from beginners to proficient skiers and there were slopes for everyone with an extensive choice of pistes. Highly recommended.

Chalet exceptionnel exposé plein sud à quelques minutes des pistes, dans un cadre à couper le souffle. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable grâce à nos hôtes. Je n'ai jamais vu un logement aussi équipé que celui-ci. La décoration est aussi très cosy, on s'y sent bien directement (++ pour le sol dans le salon, la cheminée et le jacuzzi après les pistes). Merci aussi pour toutes les petites attentions et la réactivité pendant le séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !! Merci infiniment !

Magnifique chalet, exceptionnellement bien équipé, très pratique avec son entrée très grande et ses bancs pour le matériel de ski, chambres confortables avec salle de douche et wc chacunes, poêle à bois , ambiance authentique du chalet de montagne.Bravo pour la cuisine avec grande table conviviale et toute équipée.
