Balance Bec Yoga
I have been practising yoga with Bec for over 5 years. Her classes never fail to soothe, refresh and invigorate. She supercharges her yogis with her joyful spirit and a wealth of knowledge - I learn something new every time, be it about Chinese medicine and philosophy, the yogic sutras or astrology. A morning started by Balancing with Bec will make for the best day of your week. She is an incredible teacher and friend to all who stretch and wiggle with her. 'Whoop'!

Classes with Bec, whether in person or online, are a great mix of flow, strength and stretch! She will interweave seasonal energies, pranayama and qigong bringing you different levels to suit whatever your ability,or just where you’re at on that day. She will challenge you - but make it playful, and always so inclusive. She always brings her fun, sunshine vibe too!

Bec is an inspirational, supportive and down to earth teacher. Always putting her personal spin of fun and enthusiasm in to her work. The classes I have done with Bec are some of the best yoga classes I've done to date. Bec knows how to target the class towards peoples individual needs as well as adapting to lifestyle, for example, the Snowga classes. I've always been pushed to progress in a safe and friendly environment.Thank you Bec!

Balance Bec Yoga
Bec is a warm, welcoming and knowledgeable yoga teacher. She teaches thoughtfully planned classes, influenced by the seasons, to enhance your wellbeing depending on the conditions around you. I really enjoy the added emphasis on 'Snow-ga' and keeping fit and active for mountain life, and feeling good for skiing! Highly reccomended.

I LOVE Bec's classes! Every session is genuinely unique as Bec includes seasonal, luna and meridian-al influences as well as many different styles of yoga. With such great knowledge and wisdom of not just of yoga and the body but numerology and spirituality, to name a few, I always leave her classes feeling amazing. Thank you Bec
