Je retire direct l'étoile mise car elle n'est pas méritée.C'est une vrai catastrophe, j'avais donné mon Samsung S10 pour changement de la vitre et de la batterie et pose d'un verre de protection.On me l'a rendu avec la face arrière cassée et sans la vitre de protection. Après plusieurs passage et dans l'attente d'un hypothétique téléphone me confirmant que les pièces seraient arrivées pour finir la réparation, je ne me berce plus d'illusions. Cela s'appelle se faire ...Passer votre chemin et essayer un autre réparateur.

ca fait plus 30 jours qui je mit mon ipad 7 generation a repare je attend toujours qui soit repare mon dit q ui avais rupture de stoch dans le pieces je le clint qui ils font le commandes je aimerais jusque aa quand je doit attendre pour recupere mom ipad repare si un jour il va etre repare

Été chercher support de carte pour IPhone XR nous a vendu une pièce semblable sans pour autant nous informer des risque de ne pas mettre la bonne pièce !Résultat un iPhone en réparation pour 200.- et une nouvelle pièce pour 35.-Merci et au revoir

Service rapide et de qualité. Prix imbattable. Personnel à l'écoute et arrangeant. On m'a proposé une solution provisoire pour que je puisse utiliser mon téléphone en attendant l'arrivée de mon nouvel écran.Je recommande.

A déconseiller fortement, attendu deux mois pour réparer la vitre de mon smartphone qui fonctionnait parfaitement et après changement d'une vitre qui ne correspondait pas à mon téléphone, mon appareil est inutilisable. Après m'avoir fait un papier pour le remboursement des 140.- payé d'avance, rien n'a été remboursé et j'ai un smartphone qui ne fonctionne plus. Je suis dégoûtée d'un service qui devrait promouvoir la réparation eco-responsable et qui fait l'effet inverse.

Qualité (accueil, disponibilité, conseil) et efficacité. Je reviendrai !Suis très sensible à l'accent mis sur la réparation des appareils plutôt que les changer/jeter. La planète a besoin de beaucoup de lieux commecelui-ci !Isabelle

Dear Nicolas,I regret to inform you that I brought my phone to iRep in Brig. This man is a highly trained professional and known in the city as a phone doctor. He told me the home button can easily break if your not careful when replacing the screen.The initial box repair, I was there. Your colleague was nervous. He was shaking and he dropped a few pieces which he then had to replace. I watched and felt nervous too for my phone that cost me 650/700 francs.Im aware my phone had water damage but that was never the source of the problem. I paid 174.00 francs for one thing to be fixed at the cost of another to be damaged.Then I drove to Martiny and you had a look at it. If it was already damaged it’s clear you couldn’t fix it. So because this repair my phone became useless.Im not even asking for my SBB tickets to be reimbursed and the time I wasted believing in you and your business. But I would like a small compensation for my troubles in regards to your work (or lack there of)I would like the 174 + a small fee for my suffering rounded up to 200. And then I will not make bad reports against you and your business.I refuse to have a hard life because of this mishap. I will no longer use this phone.The guy from iRep informed me a new home button will cost me 250.- chf. And even then it’s not guaranteed. I don’t have this kind of money. I cannot afford to pay for the mistakes of others and especially if it’s a business of people who are supposed to know what they are doing.I also bought a new phone to ease my suffering. A second hand model which he fixed so that I may now use my phone with ease.The phone cost me 320.- chf.All this money for careless moves.I regret that this email is not positive but I cannot change the mistakes of others.Please get back to me regarding this case.Thank you for your time patience and understanding.Have a great weekend regardless!Amelia Meier
