They were so fast, friendly, kind, and efficient! They did more than was expected and all of this in the middle of August! I'm so grateful and impressed by the British Consulate Bordeaux. Note that they have moved address to the Consular Collection Office at the Chamber of Commerce, place de la Bourse and google haven't updated the new address yet. We're very lucky to have them, thank you BCB!

Had sent my passport back to the UK for renewal , I live in France, four days later there was a serious family emergency in the UK. I contacted the Embassy in Bordeaux and ordered an emergency passport. It arrived by courier less than 24 hours later! Superb service, thankyou!

N'est plus à l'adresse indiquée. Consulat qui a déménagé. Pas d'adresse physique de remplacement. Fais 2 h de voiture pour rien!!
