THE WORST OF THE WORST HERTZ AGENCY EVER ENCOUNTERED !I made a reservation for early February arriving 19H30 at Strasbourg. I reconfirmed the reservation a few days before. Upon arrival at the agency at the agreed date and time I did find the agency closed. Nobody answering the phone, no indication of a possible drop-out place for the keys... In emergency a competitor could rent me a more expensive car due to limited units left. The following days I had extensive exchanges with the agency to complain on their behavior even the Regional Sales Director committing in writing to compensate in some form for their poor service. 3 months after, after numerous requests to get the topic solved, I am still ignored by Hertz! This is extremely disappointing especially for a committed Gold Frequent Customer. So in Strasbourg train station I would advise to favor their competitors.
