Je viens de partir ce logement. Tout s’est passé très bien ici. Le gestionnaire est très gentille, patiente, chaleureuse. La résidence est juste quelques pas à Métro 7 et Tram 3 À. Un franprix est juste à côté, la vie ici est très belle. N’hésitez pas de réserver un logement ici.

Erreur je ne connais pas cet endroit

très sympas et confortable. J'y ai passé une bonne année. le seul hic (pour mon cas) c'est le bruit des sirènes la nuit car certains logements font face au périf, mais on s'y fait rapidement. Sinon, le personnel et super réactif et gère très bien les problèmes.

I sent my file to this residence for an accommodation to rent it since 1 September, my file was accepted and they told me to send a confirmation mail so they can send the contract, I send them a confirmation email, and no answer. then I called, and they told me that the accommodation will be only available in October, I told them fine I will take it in October, and they said ok we will send you the contract, and till now nothing, though I told them that I will be in France in few days. Complete unprofessionalism!

I was studying in Paris for a year so I found this place perfect. It was completely furnished (fridge, microwave, pots, pans, bedding, towels, dressers, desk, everything you need) and laundry was on-site (3 euros for washing and 3 for drying, but there is also a laverie on a 1 min walk). You get a private apartment with your own bathroom, kitchen and bed area. My rent was 770 with 30 for electricity. It was really perfect. I took off one star because I could not speak French fluently, so it was hard to communicate with the landlord in emergencies, to but he is always super warm and will do his best to help. Also when I was leaving, I had to clean everything to a very high standard (wipe dust from overhead exhaust fans, leave zero grease marks on walls, buy a new shower curtain when there was nothing wrong with old one etc) which I think they should have a professional cleaning staff for. It was a very clean place and building as everyone has said, which I was really happy with.It was a safe neighbourhood, there is a grocery store and print shop on the street, and a small Indian restaurant and bakery across the street I enjoyed. It's a 5 min walk from the metro Pierre et Marie Curie, and Porte d'Ivry station is only 1 stop away. It's definitely not a place to entertain many friends, and not a super 'Parisian' experience, you won't see the Eiffel tower from your window or anything, but you feel like a local, and live in a safe environment where the only noise really is honking outside but the windows cancel a lot of the noise. Overall, I recommend. I miss my apartment sometimes!

Pour avoir essayer les deux résidences Estudines d'Ivry, je vous recommande grandement celle-ci.Les locaux sont bien mieux et l'accueil y est chaleureux contrairement à l'autre résidence.
