Attitude de la serveuse déplorable, ni bonjour ni au-revoir. Attente interminable. Cuisine très passable, hachis parmentier de cantine. Les touristes sont clairement la cible pour faire du chiffre. À fuir.

Absolutely delicious food in a small family run place on a relatively quiet side street. Frog legs, meltingly tender beef bourguignon in a rich and complex sauce and a lamb shank cooked to perfection were our dinners last night with a bottle of cote du rhone. Scrumptious food and we had friendly service as well. As I see others have noted it is cash only so be prepared for that and you need to order an entree (plat) per diner which means no ordering a bunch of starters in place of meal but authentic French food is a winner!

Amusingly awful. The mood and interior are painfully depressing and the proprietor is offensively rude. If you find yourself here by accident; don’t despair: there are 6 charming restaurants within a 2 minute walk! Truly, Le Petit Saint-Benoit is the poubelle (garbage bin) of the extraordinary restaurant next door. It’s actually worth stopping by just to look through the window so you can thank your lucky stars that you read this review.

Bon accueil, avec une porte rotative très originale. C'est une adresse très demandée à midi, attention, il vaut mieux appeler et réserver.Et être un peu patient, mais ça en vaut le coup.Une déco brasserie classique avec ses porte-bagages.Des plats de qualité, maison je pense. Un carpaccio de gambas goutu en entrée du jour, un risotto aux asperges (12€) préparé frais et succulent et brûlant! Compter envrion 25€ avec le vin sans le café.

J'y vais régulièrement depuis 3 ans et je n'ai jamais été déçu. Ni par les classiques à la carte, ni par les plats du jour : gaspacho, vol au vent, poilées de champignons, ... Bonne sélection de vins à prix abordables.

A bit cramped, but excellent food, really tasty and a reasonnable price. Service could be a bit less expeditive though. A few veggie optiom, which is rare enough to mention in Paris.

La serveuse, qui doit sûrement être la patronne est très désagréable et antipathique J’ai en plus trouvé un cheveu dans ma viande trop cuite…. Et elle demande la carte bleue pour 20€…

Super adresse ! Le patron est très rigolo, c’est des plats très traditionnels ça c’est rigolo aussi parce que c’est à la fois un restaurant de touristes et d’habitués français. Pas facile de trouver une adresse sympa dans le coin avec un bon esprit. À refaire.

Ce bistrot parisien veut faire authentique" et il semblerait que sa stratégie soit de laisser la décoration "dans son jus" depuis les cinquante dernières années. Certains aimeront l'aspect "vintage" du lieu

I will not recommend this place to eat my cutlery was dirty, I ordered a salad and had paper inside and the owner put his fingers in my food to remove it, obviously I won't eat it. He did not even offer me a replacement or a new salad, immediately asked for the bill and refused to pay for the food as it was not right and did not eat the owner frightened me as he was going to call the police if I do not pay for the salad, obviously I am in holiday and do not want any trouble, I am a chef and I think that is unacceptable and does not meet the higiene standards for a restaurant in the heart of Paris, the salad cost me 17 euros by the way.
