Friendly yet result-oriented team. The cumulative and individual experience of the members of the coaching team is quite impressive and makes each training a gem, adapted to each person's level. A lot of interaction with other clubs from various backgrounds, K1, kempo, kickboxing... you name it. I found a wide range of age and experience in the participants, with a 'do your best', respectful attitude, no doubt instilled by the coaching staff.
