Tuve un accidente de tránsito la noche de ayer y solo esta empresa respondió a mi llamada. Me ayudaron con el idioma porque habla español y acudieron muy rápido. El coche amplio y nuevo y el servicio en general muy bueno. La verdad todo fenomenal, trato agradable y puntual. Recomendable con los ojos cerrados.

Hep Taxi picked me up at a rural Bed and Breakfast when I had an emergency during my cycling trip through France and drove me to the hospital at midnight and then picked me up again a few hours later. He was so kind and professional, and caring. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much for helping me on that urgent night.

We were stranded with our car on holiday, with full camping lugage. He has a very large taxi and with a trailer he helped us. He arranged the hotel helped us to carry our stuf.The next day he helped us again to the rental company in bordeaux. And again he helped to carry the stuf en helped witjbytanslation.He then helped us to get out of bordeaux by guiding us out.He speaks 3 languages (french/english/spanish). Has lots of humor and is very very very very helpfull.
