I used this service to get 2 adults and 3 children fromBordeaux Airport to our holiday apartment on the Atlantic coast. I knew we wouldn’t need a car once we’d get there and I’m so glad we used Sergei’s service. From the very first email everything went super smooth. Messages by WhatsApp, a fabulous driver (Nicolas, who also WhatsApped in English) greeted us at the airport with a sign with my name on it.The car was super clean and booster seats at the ready.For the return journey, Sergei suggested a perfect time and again, Nicolas was waiting for us at exactly that time. Couldn’t fault this service and it was very reasonable (same as other taxi prices I had been quoted) and half the price of a rental car for a week that we did not really need anyway, completely hassle free.Merci beaucoup!

Tatiana, our driver was amazing. Not only was she a safe driver, she was very knowledgeable about wines and history of the vineyards. She also provided food and restaurant recommendations, which we were all excellent!We liked her so much that we arranged transport with Tatiana and her husband for 2 more trips!10+ stars - above and beyond!

Great experience! From the initially booking there was constant contact if I had any queries. Flight was delayed and the driver was waiting in arrivals. Car was comfortable and clean, driver was lovely and just a top class service!
