La Marzocco
My experience with this dealer was highly unsatisfactory. I made a special trip from Brazil to purchase a Linea Micra, relying on the posted hours that promised the shop would be open by 2:30 pm. To my dismay, I arrived at 2:46 pm on a Wednesday to find it closed. I would urge La Marzocco to reevaluate their customer service protocols and their choice of dealers to prevent such disappointments for customers in the future.
